Hi Zemi, I assume this is using javascript/Jquery? Will it have an impact on site performance/page load time? This is very useful for those with Adsense sites I must say. Added to my Must Buy list. Gerry |

Could you run through the exact rights for the different options, please? Particularly what we can and can't do with the developer option. Thanks, Thom |

Note, there will be a large number of Plugins released in the coming weeks as we open up our in-house Plugins to the public. These will all be supported through the same portal so in one year the options to be a member will be different than what they are today. As you can see from this Plugin...it's very easy to use so I would expect you will have much of a need for support but we use this Plugin every day on our sites so updates and such are ongoing. I hope that helps!

I received a few PMs about the "No Code Required" detail I listed. I thought I would answer it here.... It's true, you will not touch any code to make this work. The other hosted services out there give you code that you can place on your site, as this is a Plugin, it does the work for you so when you turn it on, the code is placed where it need to be placed. I hope that helps! |

This is the most useful wordpress plugin I've ever seen. This beats out those cool "WP facebook" page plugins and pretty much every other plugin for WP I can think of. You know why? Because if you don't know what your customers are clicking on, you don't know what to optimize. If you don't know what to optimize then you can't increase your profit. This is a SIMPLE no brainer at $19... in fact - I'd probably pay 10x that for this... why? Because to get something even remotely close you're going to have to pay $130 a month... like I'm doing! Well worth EVERY penny -Adam |

Yes, it's doing the easy things like what this Plugin allows you to do that takes an offer from losing money or breaking even to a money maker! Like it was said in the video, we were running an affiliate offer and driving traffic to a WordPress site from Adwords. We added an icon at the top of the page with the Words next to it "Authorized Affiliate" and then a small icon with the company's logo in it. We never thought to link the icon. :-( But, it turns out that everyone, well not everyone but a large number of people, were clicking on that icon. Why, I have no idea! So, we linked the icon and the net result...more people clicked through to the offer....we knew this because we track the CTR of our affiliate landing pages (LP CTR) and work to keep those way up over 50%. That's the power of seeing where your visitors are clicking!

Im getting an error once activating. It is installing but once you click activate, it gives the a permission error. Once I go back to the WP dashboard and refresh I do see it there. What do you suggest to fix that. I think that may cost folks to refund if they think it doesnt work. I was able to install on a few blogs but I have a buddy that also bought and got some errors. Any troubleshooting guides?

Thats awesome I have a similar story... I had an upsell page in my sales funnel with only 1 buy button on the bottom of the page, I put a second one right under the video and doubled my sales... It just baffles me how people don't test every single little thing they can. It turns this IM game from "chance" to "success". Anyway... thanks again for making this. It's been in my "todo" list for a while now so I'm glad I can scratch that off. This needed to be made Thanks! -Adam Quote:

How does the plug-in affect the loading and operational speed of the website? That's getting more and more important to Google.

You won't notice it. You can go to dotCOMreport.com and it's running there. You won't notice any difference. It's also running on the WordPress Users Association website WPUA.org |

Sounds interesting. Will this plugin use database updates for every click? How about if we have W3 Total Cache plugin enabled? How does it work when caching is enabled. Thanks. |

What happens when you are tracking the home page of a blog that will typically have the most recent blog posts listed? What does it show on the heat map for the page background? If the blog is updated frequently, this information would be changing. If you selected a date range, there is good chance that you would be showing click results for "different" (looking) pages. This same question would apply to any pages of the blog that are updated on a frequent basis.

Thanks for your questions... Regarding updating homepages: - Because it is using Element Tagging the data would show in the Click List report. You're right, the homepage now has a different blog post on it BUT the data was saved based on the element. So, say someone clicked on an image you had in that blog post. Well that blog post is no longer there. The Click List report would have it listed under "Absent Content" and would still tell you the number of people that clicked on it and the total % of clicked it received during the time period selected. Same with other pages where you're changing the content. Great question!

Thanks for your answer! I figured you had to do something like that. And I realize it is not a problem new to you. Any service/program that offered this type of reporting would have to solve the same difficulty. I was just curious. I was going to buy anyways. I have looked at other services like this in the past, but could not afford the cost at the time. This is a no-brainer! |

Yes, all the other "Services" out there charge monthly fees and limit the number of pages or views you can track. Here, you own the data and can track as much or as little as you want. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Will, my "true heart" sensor tells me that you have a "servant's heart" and live by Zig Ziglar's "If you give enough people what they want, you will get what you want" approach to doing business. What a major contribution you are to the Warrior Forum! Thank you first for who you are and secondly for this huge-mongus gift. 'Cuz me because I have to go buy my WP Heat Dynamo. |

The code to make it work will still be on the page just make sure after you activate it or change any settings that you clear your cache. Then the code that captures the clicks will be on the cached version of the pages/posts. Hope that answers your question.

I bought the developer version and installed on my blog. It already started to collect stats. Looks great. One quick question: Is there anyway to change the color of the clicks in the heatmap display? Thanks for the great product. |

Let's get something straight from the start, I love buying WSO's as I love seeing Warriors launch here first. You get some great products at a great price and some not so great products... But everyone has to start somewhere right? However, this year (and it's July 13 as I type this) I have never seen such a good deal as this! Dude, the Developer version is so under-priced I feel like I am stealing it from you but I love you all the more for that! I know commercial software agencies that charge hundreds a month to give you stats like this for just 1 site! Getting this as an easy to install and use WP plug-in is incredible. If you don't get WSO of the Day I'll eat my hat (it's a big Stetson)!!! |

One feature request for consideration. There should be an option to exclude click activities for logged-in users such as admin. Otherwise it would mingle my actions with regular users. Thanks. |

Thanks for confirming the rights for the developer licence. I've grabbed a copy. An absolute bargain price for a piece of software like this. I've been looking at some of the sites that offer this service already (for a monthly subscription) and they cost far more than this one-off payment. I like the idea of using this on my blogs, sales pages and affiliate review sites (all Wordpress based) to track exactly where my traffic is going. Thom |

Hi Wesley Just got my developers license. This is one awesome tracking plugin. Just hope you always keep the plugin current with all the new wordpress updates. Nice bonuses too. Based on your heat map testing, have you found the best blog wp theme for squeeze pages? or overall niche blog themes? Curious whats the best theme for affiliate products, versus adsense theme, versus amazon theme, vs clickbank theme??? Bob |

Yes, if anyone has done ANY looking around they will see that services like this charge BIG monthly fees and then limit the number of pages you can track. Not with Dynamo! We also made it where you could stop the tracking but leave the Plugin Activated so you can still look through your data. With the other hosted solutions you would lose your data....actually, the data would be on their service so it's actually their data...not yours :-( WSO of the day would be awesome! We have a number of Plugins rolling out in the coming weeks and I think you'll be shocked at what all we've been able to build into a Plugin. My goal was to use this WSO as a way to learn the ropes. Look for the price for this to go up.

Just uploaded and clicked activate. I get an error message showing saying: Fatal error: Call to undefined function remove_submenu_page() in /vwxyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/click-heat-dynamo/lib/wpfw-plugin.class.php on line 87 (folder obscured for obvious reasons) This error message shows on every page on my admin panel, so I can't get into it to disable the plugin. The main blog is still showing okay. Please advise. Thanks, Thom |

I run this on all types of sites (Affiliate, AutoBlog, WPUA.org, etc..). Re: Affiliate Sites: 90% of the traffic we have to affiliate sites comes from PPC (adwords type of traffic). With paid traffic you have to increase the click through rate to the offer as much as you can. We use it to try and get the items the users are clicking on as close to the top as possible or in the area that seems to be Hot. Stuff that we don't want them clicking on we move out of the way or change the order to reduce the number of clicks. With the Plugin we can look at the Click List Report and see the % of clicks to each element and then move items we don't want clicked on to boost traffic through to the offer. Any affiliate offers I promote are almost 100% "Real World" products for big companies so the squeeze page doesn't work as well. With this types of affiliate programs I've learned it works best to just get the cookie. So I can't tell you tips for those types of pages. We run it on our custom theme and Thesis the most. Hint, we have our own theme that is super easy and very powerful that we'll release in a few weeks or so.
