With my PLR, I want to keep the value of the products, and give all PLR owners the best chance to make money with the products. A lot of other PLR deals have unrestricted or very loose rights, and this devalues the products really fast.

I know some people like unrestricted and transferable rights, but that's not the deal here. My products are really high quality and sell well on their own without the need for unrestricted rights.

I have more strict rules in place, and less licenses available. In the long run it's better for all PLR owners of my products.

To answer your question...

With the PLR for Web 2.0 Covers V2 (and all other PLR I sell), you can only sell the product to the end user for their personal use. You can't sell RR, MRR, PLR or any other rights.
