Hello,

Yes these techniques are still working very well today :--) When anyone gets this WSO receives the login to my members page which has updates on some additional techniques that I use today now with respect to social book marking and media etc.

The videos are very detailed in many areas of Article Marketing for which I use not only to get good rankings but conversions as well.

With respect to competitive keywords I have an entire video that goes over how I do my keyword research and yes this techniques still get good results for many competitive keywords. I will not say that they will work for all of them because I rely on keyword phrases and of course “long tale”

High ranking can happen sometimes in one day or even hours at times. Other times may take a few days :--)) The main thing is to have it stay ranked for long periods of time.

I do also recommend 2 products that I have been using over the past year ½ that now automates many of the process.
