I have a question on its use, would one listen to all 3 tracks at one sitting or are they designed for different uses at different times?

The 3 tracks are made separate, but fit well on one regular 60 minutes CD, so that they can be used in one sitting daily (1 hour) or whenever the user feels like it (this is true especially for the relaxation track).

Some people may find it hard listening to the whole 60 minutes in one sitting though, which is why I did not make any recommendations about this in the sales copy itself.

A few users might experience discomfort or headaches after a while, due to the increase blood flow to the brain, but these symptoms disappear as you grow more accustomed to it. Drinking water before, during and after the session helps tremendously in eliminating these symptoms.

We are having a problem downloading the mp3 - I am on a mac with itunes installed so do not normally have a problem - but all we can get them to do is play - not download.

have tried both Safari and FireFox with same results - any ideas?

Alex - We are having a problem downloading the mp3 - I am on a mac with itunes installed so do not normally have a problem - but all we can get them to do is play - not download. have tried both Safari and FireFox with same results - any ideas?
