Default Offliners: Amazing Simple Method gets Noobie Big Fat Profits

"Fellow Offliners,
Earn a full time income
Making others
Do the hard work for you
Without hiring anyone!
Most even work for FREE

Hi folks,

I am Dan Wardrope.
And I am The Lazy Offline Marketer. I am an Australian who played professional basketball up until three years ago, travelled the world, had a great time, and then realised after retirement that I didnt really have anywhere to go.

Luckily I had some money saved, and I invested most of that into real estate which was great, until the crash in 2008. Help!

As a Pro Basketball player I know the incredible power of team work,
The right strategic partnerships can take a business to a whole other level of success!

"As a retired Pro Basketball player
I know the incredible power of team work"

I started offline SEO in August 2010, and it was a long hard struggle to begin with. That is until I realised that creating partnerships is what makes this business work. I have gone stronger and stronger, one client at a time since then, and have made great money doing what I love.

Now I have a well oiled system, that just keeps new clients coming in, keeps the HARD tedious work off my hands! Like hot potatoes, I touch work as little as possible!

I am NOT claiming to be a millionaire, or that you will be one either! But could you use the $3260.00 I signed up this week from local businesses in my area?
Could your family benefit from extra cash, each week,
Each month, month after month?

Could $5314.77 from local biz owners
help you and help your family?

In the past week alone I have signed on an additional 4 local based business clients, my best week yet. Total revenue over £3265 ($5314.77), and we are just getting started.

The methods I talk about within my course are the ONLY ones that I use myself. If you take action and listen to what I have to say, you will have the same, if not more success.

On my busiest day I work 2 hours!! - I'm lazy, indeed, not stupid! I get others to work for me, for dirt cheap or even free!!

I Leverage other people to do the hard work, and they love me for it!

Top 5 Benefits
1. Nine Step by Step Chapters to become "Ambitiously Lazy" and create a profitable offline SEO business using other peoples time and skills. Create strategic partnerships with people who have skills that you
a) dont have the time to develop
b) cant be bothered with cause they are too time consuming

2. Included is 2 videos which details a simple satellite site which made a real estate client over £5000 ($8,166) in one day. I have bumped up my fees as a result!

3. Learn how to convince a web designer to build small 'satellite' sites for free which will rank for specific keyword phrases designed to attract local businesses in your area. Then use a 'magic trick' to make them come to you!

4. Never revealed method Jerome 007 uses to recruit an ARMY of little SALES-REPS to whom potential clients CANNOT say no to.

5. Find clients by advertising website design services, skim good money off the top, and then upsell to make the real profits - Off page SEO

Jerome,

I've been waiting for this WSO...it tackles my single biggest hurdle: growing an offline/online business working part-time as fast as possible. I didn't even read the sales page...I buy ALL your stuff, so this this was a complete no-brainer. Can't wait to dive in.

Sounds Great. 1 question. How much of the revenue do you keep after getting others to do the work? I assume they don't all work for free including the little sales bandits.

with Jerome we wrote this because so many have this crazy situation where you work, 9 to 5 but you need to get out of it, in a smart way, can't just fire you boss on a whim and see what happens!

So this was the best solution to get me out of my job without freaking out my wife!!

Worked GREAT for me , so much so that I kept that business model to this day!

It all depends on how you set stuff up, but honestly some do work for free haha
but it ranges from 10% to 50% just like any commission based relationship.
Depend on the deals, depends on who I work with.

It got me out of a crap job and into this awesome money making "offline" marketing.
that's my answer, hope it helps

Thank you for that.

Dan came to me and showed me his sytem and results, I thought that was the coolest thing ever...
Love it when i hear feedback from guys that I taught something and they spin it their way, become successful and provide for their family.

That's why I decided to jump this and help him launch by co-writing the ebooks.

thank you gain!

not interested in being lazy. have jerome's video bazooka and citations WSO's

but don't want to do the work seo, website and fanpage creation, content, etc..,

1. so does this help with outsourcing?

2. And your strategy for satellite sites with web designers (magic trick),can it enable me to contact web designers (easy phone/email contact and can get their clients)?

3. is this WSO complimentary to what I have?

thanks

Dan and Jerome let me check this out and it is a completely different take on Offline Marketing. I really loved how refreshing it was and how it can actually help you build a sustainable business. It is completely step by step with pictures and screen shots that make it super simple to follow. I also like the technique of how to hire an army of sales people quickly ;-)

Yeah laziness is not something I promote as in all my wso i say out loud: this is NOT for the lazy... but like Dan says ambitiously lazy, creatively lazy, that works for me.

He get's it done... by others.

I added a whole 30 pages book on outsourcing... 7 deadly mistakes of outsourcing, so you learn from my goof ups lol

I think it compliments what i have released before.

Hope this helps

Great WSO on leveraging the work of others. I used to shy away from doing what Dan and Jerome talk about in here because I wanted to keep all my money, but in the end I wake up with a 40-hour a week job on top of the job I'm trying to quit! Dan's really showing me that it's better to give a ton of that work to others, and use all my free time to get more clients. What are we all doing this for? To be busier? Better to make more money AND have more time, why not have it all?

Dan was kind enough to let me have a review copy in advance, and I was absolutely blown away by the ingenuity and "out of the box" techniques found within this course. Let me put your mind at rest and state upfront that Dan is a big advocate of outsourcing a lot of the technical stuff (but in an ingenious way that lets you do it for no upfront cost), so even technophobes and newbies should have no problem implementing what is taught.

A large part of this course is devoted to the power of leverage and business relationships (this is where the "lazy" part comes in), so that you basically become the mastermind behind the scenes that orchestrates the business. You work ON your business, and not IN it. These are powerful principles that will let you grow your business as big as you want; basically, the sky's the limit here. Dan brings up an excellent example of this in action by explaining how Richard Branson has grown his business into a multi-billion dollar conglomerate, and applies many of these same powerful and timeless principles to his offline web consulting model!

Now, please bear in mind that everything Dan talks about here has been tested and proven by him in his own web consulting business - none of this is theory or conjecture about what "should" work. All this is stuff that has actually worked well for him, and isn't just something pulled out of thin air (or some other ebook or course just because it "looks" good!)

This is a refreshing and different approach to offline consulting that I have not encountered before (and I've purchased and read literally dozens of offline consulting guides and courses), and is a fairly simple bootstrap method that will let you start with less than $100 and grow it into a gargantuan empire within a few months (if you follow what is taught here and implement it religiously!) I give this my highest recommendation, anyone wanting to get serious about offline consulting should really get this.

allright! I am lazy but like the front end, lead generation... not the the back end work ( at this very moment considering doing some work vs. playing golf today!)

Thanks Paulie888. noticed your posts before and value your feedback.

*I don't receive anything from this, just want to help people decide and use a plan that is easy to do.

if anybody really wants to quit their day job, and go play golf between 9-5:

Jerome's stuff ( bought 2 of his WSO's ) has been good and Dan has been using it (taking a WSO and implementing it - love the credibility, continuity, & provability) , plus the price point = I recommend highly.

Thanks Jerome

just purchased and no problems accessing the material.

ran through most of it. Its good stuff.

and I noticed you cover many ways a Warrior can go about this (marketing) based on their interests and strengths.

I have bought around 25 WSO's and I think this is 1 of the best for someone to get through the learning curve quickly, low start up money, quick results, great for the non-salesperson, etc.., for 10 Bucks!

I hate selling, so I love your concept of the "army of little sales reps" that business owners can't say no to.

A while back I had a couple "big sales reps", but they never made a single sale. Apparently, business owners had no problem at all saying no to them.

I am SO READY for a new sales strategy, one that really works! Thanks for delivering this critical piece of my business puzzle!

Thank you, and yes I think it is quite a fresh idea.

Sorry for the delay. I got sidetracked for a second.

We're just referencing sites you own as part of your company but are dedicated to the local markets.

Hi Dan and Jerome, I took this WSO for curiosity, because no one has ever claimed to share his knowledge about an Offline SEO Business creation from zero.
And your course over delivered for sure!

Your Blueprint is over 50 pages and it's a big source of information, I needed 2 days to read it all! And the good about the blueprint is it explains huge concepts good for everyone who wants to start in offline SEO business.
Things like how to get a free web designer to work for you! This is really outstanding!
The resources shown are a lot and useful, this is a treasure. For real!

About the videos, what can I say? They are the best I've ever saw, because they don't talk about the usual crappy things, but they answer exactly what a people starting this business is asking!
There are 8 videos and they are absolutely to watch if you want to comprehend the secrets about sites and customers to target.

More, you will find a mindmap and ready flyers for getting customers.

This is one of the best WSO for who is trying to build his credibility with Offline Business, and the results will come.
I will implement all this tricks in my own offline company here in Italy.

Thanks Dan and Jerome, you have done a good job!
See you soon,
Alessandro Zamboni

I buy a lot of offline stuff because I know if I pick up just one new idea or resource it could be a worth a lot in additional business. This one has delivered a number of new or old ideas with a twist. He has some unique ideas and specific ways about building your business without doing all the work. There are many ways his techniques can be applied to build and market whatever offline services you are providing.

Good job.

There are far too many factors for me to definitively give an answer. Much of it depends on you, and the time you put into it. But there's a large portion that depends on your local market.

The beauty of this system, is that you can do MUCH - Quickly. Meaning with little investment you can be doing a lot, and making money.

Does that help?

Are we also building a residual income from this business model? I don't believe in just offering one time payment services, simply because we'd always be chasing new clients to make the money. How well does this work around a normal day job 9-5? I too would be interested in getting away from it quickly Thanks

I'm sure Dan won't mind me stepping in here, given the fact that I've read through his system in its entirety. This entire business model is based predominantly on recurring monthly payments via the satellite sites and other services, and this residual income will only increase as time goes by and you acquire more clients.

Since this system focuses so much on leverage and joint strategic partnerships, I'd say it'd be very possible to fit this around a normal day job without too much difficulty.

Hey, Guys

I was part of a group that received an early release copy of this WSO. I've taken a look through it and here's my review.

Included in the WSO are:
  • an eBook by Dan
  • an eBook by Jerome
  • 3 PSD flyers
  • 2 mindmaps
  • 8 videos

The ebook from Dan is well-written and given step-by-step instructions on how to set-up the computer (online) portion of the idea for Lazy Marketing. This is often a step left out of many WSOs. This leaves the newbie who is buying WSOs to get their business started scratching his head wondering how to accomplish the technical part. Or wondering what information to provide to an outsourcer. Luckily for newbies (and experienced alike) this information is provided in detail -- w/ photos.

This WSO method takes time -- you won't be able to sit down with this eBook, spend 10 minutes at your computer and start bringing in checks. And Dan tells you that right up-front. He even goes into about how long each part of the process is likely to take ... giving, of course, no guarantees to how quickly each step will happen.

What Dan is teaching (and what makes this lazy) is how to go about finding others to do a majority of the "heavy lifting" for a piece of the pie. Not a new concept, granted. But, what makes this eBook usable is he shows you who, what & where to find these people and he also shows you how much & how often. While one part of his WSO is not something that I feel will work in all areas due to how your local area may be organized (I won't go into more detail as I'm not sure what part of Dan's method he wants kept "secret"), I do feel that his idea seems feasible if you have good salespeople and motivated sellers who can understand what they are selling and explain it to the potential buyers. You'd definitely need someone who understands local marketing to market any upsells, but that's just common sense. Take his idea, see if it works, if not then put a spin on it and make it work for you - the methodology is sound.

On a side note, I appreciate that Dan & Jerome go out of their way to let you know that some of the links in their ebooks are affiliate links -- I also checked and there really weren't as many non-direct links as I thought there would be.

The ebook by Jerome is a good, basic outsourcing guide. Again, it's not something that hasn't ever been seen before, but it's specific -- and comes from Jerome's personal experience. It provides good tips for the experienced marketer who has yet to dive into outsourcing or who's tried it and has been bitten. It's also a really good place to start for a newbie who is looking to try their hand at outsourcing and doesn't want to make every mistake in the book in the process. Jerome goes through the 7 biggest mistakes to avoid in outsourcing and where to find outsourcers. In case you've never used any of the freelance services out there, Jerome walks you through setting up a job, exactly what to ask, what to look for & what to avoid when you start hiring/asking for bids & briefly explains how to manage your outsourcers once hired. It's a good complement to Dan's eBook.

The flyers are full-color & look professionally made (at least to my eyes). One thing that I noticed is that the portions that should be updated to personalize the flyers are in a different font. Being unfamiliar, myself, with PhotoShop, I'm not sure if the font name (so you can match those up) are in the PSD or if matching that would end up being trial & error.

There are actually 8 videos included in the WSO instead of 2. Nice overdelivery on videos, guys.
  • Video 1 – How long until the sites rank?
  • Video 2 – How do you know what to charge clients?
  • Video 3 – How do you keep track of visitors ....?
  • Video 4 – What Kind of clients are easier to contact and close?
  • Video 5 – Who is Dan? Who is Jerome?
  • Video 6 - Why is ... (a specific recommended site) site different?
  • Video 7 - A quick look at a simple ... site which made my client £5K (~$7.5K) in one fell swoop
  • Bonus Video - Bonus video on how you can use (this method) to make a killing for some clients (Real Life example)

From what I listened to - these videos are set up with Jerome interviewing Dan over the phone with slides to emphasis key points. They talk about their subjects in more detail in the videos than they did in the PDF. Nice addition to the eBooks.

Now, on to the mindmaps. I have to admit, I love mindmaps. They are a visual representation of what should be a logical course of action. If the course of action is not logical or can be made more efficient, then seeing a mindmap should show you the best way to make your processes better. I currently use MindMeister and both of these mindmaps imported into my system easily. The WSO download page also shows you what free software you can use to view and modify them as well. Both mindmaps show a top-level map of 2 specific & equally important parts of the WSO process. One thing I noticed is that a majority of the "ideas" or top-level "to-do's" are covered pretty well in the eBooks, except for one. One "idea" or "to-do" is only mentioned as a tip in Dan's eBook with no details that I could find. This "idea" or "to-do" is mentioned as position #1 in the mindmap - something to be done first (I'm assuming, if you plan on doing this). I was looking for details into how this service was to be used as part of Dan's method, but couldn't find any details. Could be in a video, but if it is then I missed it.

Overall, a good WSO for those looking into outsourcing & wanting good detail (instead of fluff or concepts) - with a nice local (offline) marketing spin.

OK, there's not much more I can say after Winter's review. I had the honor of getting a review copy as well. Dan has a unique system for developing partnerships to get these sites built and to develop revenue from the sites. He shows a step by step method to pick out a niche and determine if it's suitable for this system or not. This can work anywhere in the world so it's a good WSO for just about anybody who wants to build up some passive income. Yes, there is work involved but I can imagine having a decent amount of income if you follow through with the system A-Z and then rinse and repeat.

The pdf is very comprehensive outlining all of the steps and the videos are icing on the cake. I hate sounding so cliche but there really is nothing left out of this program.
