It'll work with any hot converting offer. It even works with promoting WSOs through WSO Pro. Here's some of my stats from last month: |

By the way... I just added an extra bonus that I've sold 1,000+ copies of before. You'll get it free on your download page along with the report. |

The first thing you need to know is that you never want to buy a list. Or else you can easily be in violation of the can spam act. You need to build one by having them optin to your autoresponder form for a free download you're offering. You'll need an auto responder like getresponse.com That said... You need to understand that you're going to have to be persistent and pay your dues before you start making money. There's no way I can teach you everything in a few minutes on here. But what I can do is help you along the way. When you get stuck or your next question arises, just drop back in this thread and ask. I'll be happy to help you. |

Instead of buying leads, you need to generate them. You want to get a squeeze page online that captures e-mail addresses. Actually, the page you went to to sign up for this report is an example of a squeeze page. A simple squeeze page like that with a headline and and ecover will work fine for the type of traffic you will generate from inside my report.

This person will remain anonymous, but I just got a PM from him... I think there's a REALLY important lesson to be learned, so I'm posting it and my reply to it here. Yo Jason, "I'm a idiot. I have made $___ over the past 2months with ______'s products as a affiliate and then I try new methods buying every single WSO that comes out. I mean the WSO's are good for ideas but it's distracted me from what was proven to make the money in the past which was exactly what you said in your report, build a targeted list and then send them to hot offers you know convert well. Lee's products rock, for every ___ visitors I sent to his '_____________' converts to a sale from a cold lead. I don't know if that's good numbers nevertheless it something I gotta work on. Thanks for slapping me in the face and keeping me on focused on what makes me the real money. All the best" And here's my reply... You're not an idiot! Everyone I know has to or has had to learn the same lesson you're learning right now. For some reason, when something's working for us, we want to change it. It doesn't make any sense... When something's working, you should either leave it as it is or put it on steroids. I'm not trying to preach to you at all I'm just saying... I swear to you that I had to learn that lesson and I've seen others have to too. I'm glad you realized it! |

You are correct, freebies are not chargeable. If your freebie didn't land in your inbox, then check your spam folder. You're welcome for the report. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll help you all I can on this thread.

Hi Jason, I clicked the link but it's error. I'm about to start building my list but still hesitate due to not knowing on how to maintain the relationship with subscribers. I subscribe some aff marketers and found they are just flooding inbox with many offers. I unsubscribe some of them. |

I'm not really the right guy to learn from when it comes to how to build a relationship with your list. I honestly don't focus on that at all. I like building relationships using social media and places like Warrior Forum. If people from my list contact us with a reply, then we talk to them and invite them to our blog to talk to me more. So I always offer to connect with my subscribers in online social places. Other than that, there's nothing else relationship building-wise going on with my list marketing. To tell you the truth, every time I've tried to build a relationship with my list the way others say you should, I end up losing money. I guess what works for some people doesn't work with everyone. And also, I've found that not that many people really want to get to know me and have THAT kind of relationship. I think it's probably because I don't create many products, I'm almost solely an affiliate, I'm not a "guru," etc. That's probably all I can teach you about relationship building--absolutely nothing lol... All of my relationship building happens in places like this thread. And this is how I feel about it these days... Basically... I don't like the idea of befriending someone just so you can sell them stuff. If you're going to sell someone something, I say, be honest with your intentions and say, "Here, buy this because it'll do these specific good things for you and I'll also make money from it." Most people seem to hold relationship building with your list is a good light. I actually look down on it a little bit because doing that would make me feel like I'm this dirty guy just trying to befriend people so I can sell them things. But that's just me. You don't have to listen to me. I don't listen to anyone else really. Make your own decisions about how you want to run your business.

Jason, this is rocking material -- thanks for making it all available free! I'm not clear on one thing, and I think the reason is that you don't really seem to make a distinction... I'll try to ask it in a way that's not confusing: Does your list contain mostly buyers, and did you grow your list mostly with buyers? I'm guessing you don't really care whether they are initially buyers or freebie optins, since you're trying to sell them right away. Correct? By the way it worked for me, I bought one of your upsells ![]() My point in asking this is: many people say build your list with buyers, since those are the best prospects -- but you don't seem to make that distinction too strongly. |

That's an awesome question and I'm going to answer it differently then anyone else has ever answered it for you. First of all, I've grown buyers lists in the past using RAP, piggy backing off launches, and with a few WSOs, but I didn't include any of that in this report because the commissions I've made with this 1 affiliate program had very little to do with those buyers lists. You have to look at overall numbers. Ok, so what's better? A buyers list or freeebie list? A buyers list is more responsive. However, often you can grow a freebie list bigger and hurl far more traffic at an offer. So... While a buyers list may be 4x more responsive than your freebie list or something... With your freebie list let's say you can send 10x more traffic with an email broadcast. Now you're making more money overall with the freebie list even though it's less responsive. Another thing to consider is that to keep buyer leads consistently coming in, you have to create and roll out née offers all the time and hope each one is a winner. On the other hand, growing freebie lists is more reliable in that you know you can get over 250 leads a day easily once you get the hang of it. In short... Both types of lists are profitable. You just have to look at overall profits. Less responsiveness but more traffic cam make you more money than more responsiveness and less traffic.

Just so everybody knows... I'm going to be away from this thread for a little while. I've got too many projects going on and checking in on this thread every time someone comments is interrupting my workflow. I'm also going to be away from PMs. So please don't expect a lightning fast response to any questions or comments at the moment. Good luck with your business. Talk soon! |

Hey Jason, That's a great report! By the way, Richard Legg is a great guy too, about 2 weeks or so I did an interview with him. He really knows what he is talking about when it comes to SEO ![]() I've found a few cool resources that I have never heard before, like webinar swaps. That's a cool resource and in the near future I will be releasing a product from interview series and I think using that site I will make quite a lot of money on the backend ![]() And you have also included Rapid List Building audio with Lee McIntyre - that's a wonderful call, I was blown away when Lee revealed his phone selling secrets! I have listened to it 5 times now, maybe even 6 times (I actually have bought it).By the way, I've noticed that your domain RapidListBuilding.com is not working anymore... I think that's important thing to realize, because I know you have some banner ads on thank you pages (I've noticed one of them when I bought Lee's Instant Internet Lifestyle). Thanks Jason for everything. I've listened to a few calls that you have done and every of them was high quality and I really enjoyed every of them. I remember listening to another call that you have done with Lee and I remember that you were talking getting to a point of no where - then you don't know where you are and what you want to do and what's the meaning of your life. I can totally relate to this and it happens sometimes for me as well... Do you have any solutions for it? Matt Poc |

| Hi Jason, I just downloaded the freebies. Quickly went over the 3 page report. I knew that I'd be added to your email list before I clicked the button, but that 3 page report really hit it on the nail. In a market where mostly everyone's preaching social media, seo, organic traffic, etc, you've seemed to have tackled email marketing in a way that works......and in a very profitable way. What you have to share would benefit those that want take their affiliate/email marketing to the next level. Keep up the great work! Thanks! |
