Due to each Hosting company having a "different set of rules" when it comes to restoring your files/data, I am unable to cover the restoration of the backed up files as it would be too complex to cover each companies method.The method covers backing up ALL files and folders on your webserver. Absolutely everything on there, not just Wordpress.

Can you plainly list the requirements for this in a simple bullet list?

I have cpanel a few places and tend to prefer it where I can, but not all. Most of my stuff is WP, and I have hostgator for other things. All in all it is all spread out but I would like to have one solution for it all for backups...
