Maybe I missed something, but where is the offline work in this? You are talking about ecommerce sites. Can you be more specific? How is this offline related? Your sales pg is very general and I don't see how this differs from the typical rent a site model.

Hey Mike,

Of course, this is based on the rent a site concept in regards to actually "leasing" websites. However, this isn't based on local keywords or searches. The offline aspect comes from the businesses that you can actually target with this model. Ecommerce related is the best way to put it, in regards to the target business as it is businesses selling online.

Yes, some of the targets are direct "Internet Only" ecommerce businesses,but, there are also targets as I show you in the product, which are locally based too and are not just your typical ecommerce businesses setup primarily and solely for the internet.

An example of this would be a hair or beauty salon locally that has added an ecommerce/payment option to there website in order to try and sell a few products online. They are not primarily ecommerce only!

The local aspect came also from my first client with this model which was actually a local store that had started trying to sell there products online, having never done it before. I had a product niche website that generated BUYING traffic related to the types of products they carried.

I leased the website to them, in regards to actually sending the traffic I was generating there way, and VOILA, they started making online sales as well as sales in store. This traffic I was sending with my website was from all over the UK.

So, in this example, you can see the relation to "OFFLINE" OR "LOCAL".

I hope that points out where the offline aspect comes from.

In regards to the actual business model, as mentioned above, the concept is similar to the rent a site model, in that we are leasing websites, but it is a completely different kind of website, it isn't just locally based!

I created the Rent A Site Model in 2009 and although this has similar characteristics, it targets a completely different market and is based on a different type of searches/traffic online.

It is a system a local business trying to sell product online can use to gain targeted "BUYING" traffic. We create the system, (website) and we rent the privelege of the traffic that comes through it!

I have answered your questions in red below:

What are you charging monthly per site?
It depends, different on EVERY site, but I show you how I work it out in the product. I actually run a case study throughout the whole product of a brand new, fresh site, and work out a lease monthly fee based on that site to give you a good idea.

Do you charge upfront? How much?
Generally no in relation to a setup fee, except for one aspect of the setup, but it is minimal. However, I do take the first month "rent" upfront, and this is explained in the product.


How long has it taken you to have a site ready to lease out?
Fastest, 2 weeks! Its based on traffic and this can take a little while! It all depends on the strength of the competition as to how fast you can gain traffic with this.

How many do you currently lease out?
14 Currently!

How many niches are you currently offering this to?
Same as above as all 14 target different products!

Do you market this through email and/or cold calling?
The system that works best for me combines both and I give you the system I use!

I am going to rework some more info into the salespage. As far as numbers here, within the guide, not sure if you grabbed it, I actually break down how I price these with an example case study, right down to approximate cost.

Every site built around this model is priced differently for various reasons. However, following the formula of pricing and example revealed in the guide you can research lots of products, and work out the potential lease cost of any website if following this method.

Pointer - As these are based on "Product Niches" that you would normally monetize with say Amazon. Rather than picking up 4-6% in commisions on products, you can turn them into lease sites and pick up a residual fee that is higher than you are likely to get from selling products as an affiliate for 4-6%.

NelsonBiglar - There is an example of a site in the actual product, as I set one up from scratch to show how I set them up and construct them. I do not want to give out URLs for sites that are leased due the privacy of the businesses I am working with, not to mention possible tapping up! ; )

I would never give out the URL for a client site, or a site that has a client leasing!

Why would you lease them if they're making money? And, if you lease them, doesn't that mean the merchant will be paying you more for the site then what they're earning? (Because of they weren't it seems like you'd keep the site and not lease it to them).

Hey,

You lease a niche site that is based on a product and generating traffic to a merchant locally that sells "the said" product. In basic terms, you sell ad space on your website and drive the buying traffic to a local merchant.

As far as already making money, why would you lease out? In many niches you can lease sites out for far more than what you could earn via online marketing monetization methods.
