Does This Work On All Mobile Phones?

MobiVisitor works well on most SMART phones. Dumb phones are not really equipped to display the graphics etc, but that's ok because most people have smart phones nowadays anyway.


Can I Use My Own Logo?

Yes! Everything in your mobile directory site will be 100% customizable! If you need logo design, we offer it but you don't have to use my team for that by any means.


Is This a Wordpress Template?

No! You can't find anything like this on wordpress! It's a complete website system, custom built for the Joomla! framework!


Will This Work In Any Country?

Yes! This system will work in any country in the world. In fact, it even has automatic translator! (not shown in the demo, but it's there)


How Can I Monetize It?

Good question!

The best way of course is to sell business listings to local businesses. Just show them your site on your phone, and they will be dying to list their business on it! You can charge any amount you want...

Also, You can sell banner ads on the site too! You can control the banners using the Banner Manager.


Can I Use My Own Hosting?

Unfortunately, we are not offering any hosted licenses at this time, mostly because of the complicated installation process, the unique server settings required to run the site, the dedicated support that we provide in case you break it or cannot figure out how to use it, and the need to keep it compatible on most smart-phones. And of course, partly because we want to protect our one-of-a-kind software from cyber-thieves like you! Just kidding! LOL.


Can I Use My Own Domain?

Yes! You are encouraged to use your own domain or buy a domain through your existing domain company. You would just need to point the domain to our nameservers, which will be given to you after checkout.


How Long Does it Take to Build My Site?

Typically, your site will be live within 24 hours. The only reason it might take longer than that is if your domain does not propogate right away, in that case it might take up to 48 hours.

Hey John,

Well basically the same as any other type of directory, you can charge for listings and you can sell advertising.


You can also put google mobile adsense, mobile CPA ads, mobile PPC ads, etc.

Of course, the biggest point of revenue I would say would be charging monthly for a business listing.

What business could not afford even $10 per month to get listed in the first ever local mobile directory right?

It's all up to you and how aggressive you are in selling etc.

oh, and either way you plan to monetize, it will depend on how much traffic you can get to your site.

So, that being said the first priority is to get traffic of course etc and you will be able to make money many different ways

This is not a wordpress theme. It's a complete website software system built on the Joomla! framework with heavy custom modifications.

Basically, you cannot get this anywhere else on the entire web.

Yes, and the price will not go up once you are locked on.

The system does not have payment options integrated. It's something that will be developed in the future though, just working on getting it mobile compatible etc.

For now, you would have to bill clients manually however you see fit.

Hey there in Floridaaa! Good question.

The typical end-user does not need a login just to browse the site and find the info they are looking for.

They only needs a login if they plan to post something on the site. So, if you want to allow businesses to post for free, they can create an account, login right away, and start posting.

OR, if you plan to charge to post, you can just turn off the login/register links and create the post FOR them on the backend after they pay you.

Yep, totally understand. Just depends on your business model and how you plan to use it I guess.

There is not really any way to do float-in ads since it has to be compatible on mobile phones etc.

I understand. You may want to add a paid client login so the client can pay to subscribe, and then they get a login to post their own listings and ads. That way we don't have to be so hands on which leaves us more time to sell listings. Can you add that?

Like I said before, it's in progress, will definitely be in future upgrades.

However, you need to be hands-on if you are in local marketing!

Most business owners are not savvy enough to find this on the mobile web, pay, and post, without your help.

Besides, if you are going to be selling listings in the mobile directory, you will already be meeting with them anyway - and as a local marketer, it's really easier anyway to just do it for the business right there rather than spend an hour training them how to do it

I know that you think you would like everything to be totally automated and hands-free for you, but in reality most brick-and-mortar business owners want the opposite. They would rather just pay you to do it for them.

Hey Brian! Glad to have you.

Yes you can control where the Banner Add widget (module) shows by telling it certain pages, all pages, exclude certain pages, etc etc.

Should have your site up and live within 1-2 days depending on how long the domain name takes to propogate.

SEO is already built in. Each page is search engine friendly and contains automatic meta tags based on title and descriptions etc.

There isn't really any need to add any Joomla! extensions yourself since they probably would not work and would not be mobile compatible.

That being said, there are a few upgrades coming in the future that will "extend" the system but these are all handled by my support team etc. so there is no need for you to worry about any technical details etc.

How do people find your other websites? You advertise, promote, SEO, market, etc right?

Technically I just provide the software and technical support, it is up to you to make the thing Goooo! LOL

But what's so cool about the mobile web, is there is VERY LITTLE competition in google mobile search results, so it should be very easy for your site to show up when someone searches on their mobile phone.
