Hey Matt,

How would you be able to guesstimate the location of where the "eyeballs" are focusing when most people have widescreens 1600 x 1200 or 1920 x 1080?

If someone were reading, the pointer/arrow/prompt location would not be relevant until it moves or right before and after the clicking is done.

After a few test I believe it isn't working to me, I see the list of viewers (watch visitors page) then I click the green Play icon and opens a new window, then I click again to Play.. my video should be 36 secs long (just a random one) but the video playback goes for less than a second and then give me the two options "click to replay" or "go back to members area", I wans't able to even view one video yet.

Whats wrong?

This is like watching a video. With heatmaps you get only images of users' behaviour.

With heatmaps you make easier and faster decisions but with site monitors you make more precision decisions.

When I try to download the file, it says 0bytes???

Luckily, I downloaded this file previously from my first purchase so got around that issue.

I gave it a quick test run and the first thing I noticed was it broke my "FeaturedContentGallery plug-in" i.e. it doesn't work.

However if you watch the recording, you can see the slides working.

I can confirm WPclicks is causing the issue because when it is disabled, the featuredcontentgallery plug-in works fine on the site.

I am using the Wordpress review theme. Anyone else having this issue?

woobie, wpclicks is built to work with wordpress and most all WP plugins that were developed with the proper coding according to wordpress's plugin api in their developer center. But with that said, there's always the possibility of a plugin interfering with another plugin. Perhaps this "FeaturedContentGallery plug-in" wasn't coded properly and is conflicting with wpclicks.

No matter what the case is, we can see if there's a workaround from our end. If there is, we'll update the software asap. But in order to figure this out, we'll need the FeaturedContentGallery plug-in to test it. I sent you a PM here in the forum with an email address that you can email the plugin to.

This is the plugin that is used in the theme recommended by Jan Roo's Amazon Affiliate WSO - so i'm guessing it will affect quite a few users.

I have disabled wpclicks on my websites until it gets sorted.

Is v1.0.8 still the latest version?

Thanks Martin. We love using it ourselves too.

The 999 is more of a "technical" reason that it's listed at that number. If ANY customer of the Unlimited license uses more than that (which is very unlikely haha), then all you have to do is submit a ticket to us at our support desk with your receipt, and we'll add a ton more licenses for you. So it is unlimited, as long as you bought that license.

The download link should work just fine, but I'll recheck it in FF 7 beta, and if it doesn't work, we'll get that updated. It seems like FF is putting out a new update like ever 2 weeks now... kinda over the top if you ask me. haha

WPClicks only works with Wordpress sites currently. It installs and works like a Wordpress Plugin, so all of the stats, videos, settings, and everything are available to you within your WP Admin area.

I just picked this puppy up, installed it on one of my sites and tested it out. This plugin is KILLER! I have a heatmap plugin that I purchased a while back and it doesn't even come close to being able to actually watch what your visitors are doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLUGIN. Great job Matt!

Sorry I am confused, will there be videos for each of the site visitors in action? If so, where will the video saved and stored?

Another question is, if there are 1000 visitors we can watch each of the 1000 visitors in action? Is there any summary or average of what the visitors are doing?

SuperMarketer:
The basic way that it works is that the visitor movements and clicks are tracked and stored in your WP database. Then, this info is retrieved from ONLY when you want to view the video playback. In fact, it's not "technically" a video like an mpg, avi, mp4, or anything like that. So the storage amounts are not very much. So they do not get heavy on the memory side of things. So no worries there. We use the stored data and combine that with our script that knows how to take that data and put it into a "player" so that you can visually watch it. So the only time that data is retrieved is when you're wanting to actually view the specific visit. Thus, it won't slow anything down.

Can we install into our client's website?

With the Unlimited license, you CANNOT install on client's websites. This is only for your own sites.

There is a DEVELOPERS license that you can purchase. This allows you to install WPClicks onto your CLIENT's sites. In this WSO only, I have also made this option 50% off here:

Just ONE Feature Request (Sorry mate, I can be a$$ed writing a support ticket too) ...

It'll be great if we could record ((and keep track of) in the 'reports' section)
all the keywords our site visitors are searching for (and typing into our 'wp search fields') etc.

I appreciate the fact that we cant currently see what they're typing due
to privacy and security reasons ... I really respect that, great work.

But maybe the software can determine (by html) password fields
from search and text fields, so it can display and/or record the keywords
our users are searching for.

Ideally, listing the keywords in report format along with the video.

That way, if we know what our prospects/site visitors are searching for from our site ...
we can Give Them EXACTLY What They're Looking For.

I believe this would help with adwords quality scores, conversions, seo and well ... pretty much everything really.

Also, quick question;

The plugin says the current version is : 1.1.01.

There's nowhere in the members area (or main sales page)
to cross reference that version number for any updates.

Does the plugin show that there's an 'Update Available' like
other WP Plugins do?
