| May 2013 UPDATE! Newest update coming out soon. Grab the current copy at the low price and you'll also get the updated version for free. When the newest version comes out the price is going to go up. So you'll want to grab your copy now.......don't forget to opt-in to get your updates. How to find hot niches and analyze them for profitability. Use my proven process that has stood the test of time since 1999! You Too Can Discover Your Next Six-Figure Market By Accessing My Obsessed Niche-Driven Brain That's Unraveled Tons Of Profitable, Rabid Markets Since 1999! Find Out Why Warriors Call Me Their "Secret Niche-Finding Weapon!" Hi Warriors, If you're a product creator, an affiliate marketer, or both, you're about to learn a simple, proven process on how to uncover your next 5 or 6 figure niche. You're going to do it using free resources. You're going to learn how to ethically spy on your competition. You're going to learn the two biggest signs that a niche is profitable. I've talked to hundreds of marketers, both new and experienced, long before I joined the Warrior Forum in 2004. A common question I've been asked many times is "how do I find a hot niche?" or "how do I find an untapped niche that no one else has discovered yet?" After reading this report, you'll never have to ask that question again. Who Am I And Why Should You Listen To Me? Before we get into what's in the report, I think it's important you know a little bit about me. There have been a lot of new members recently, so I'd like to reintroduce myself to you. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Paul Roderick Cortez (most people call me "Rod"). I've been a member in good standing in the Warrior Forum since 2004. I've been a full time marketer since 2001 and 99.9% of my online income comes from non-IM niches such as dating and relationships (to name one). I was one of a hand full of Warriors hand-picked by the forum owner (a multi-millionaire marketer and a genius) to join the War Room before it went public because he respected my marketing knowledge and knew that I could contribute. I've also been writing sales copy that converts since I was 15 years old (that was over 20 years ago!). In fact, I came in 3rd place in a copy writing contest that Allen, the owner of this forum, had a couple years ago (please do not bump that thread): CONTEST - $3000, $2000 & $1000 Winners...WINNERS ANNOUNCED! <---- If there's one thing I know how to do it's having the ability to generate niche ideas and find out their profit potential. With my copy writing and conversion background, I've developed a process that has worked for me and hundreds of others over and over again. I've had websites in over 50 different markets. So if you're stuck trying to find a niche to go into, this process will help you. Uncovering Niches Is Only Half The Battle! Yes, you guessed it! Once you've identified a niche that you might want to pursue, how do you know that it's any good? Is it an evergreen niche that will be around for years or decades to come? Is it a hot niche with tons of rabid buyers ready to open their wallet faster than Lindsay Lohan going back to rehab again? In Module II you're going to learn how to analyze a niche to see if it will make you any money. I've updated my niche report for 2011 where I share one of my processes on how to do this. The report is broken into two modules. Here is a sampling on what's inside: Module I: How To Generate An Endless Stream Of Niche Ideas
![]() Module II: How To Analyze A Niche For Profit Potential
Anytime I hire a new staff member, this is one of the reports they have to read and understand. What This Is Report Is NOT - This report is not a Google Adwords course (though I do talk about Adwords in this report). - This report is not a keyword research course (this report is about generating niche ideas and analyzing them for profit). Though I do cover some keyword basics that everyone should know. - This report is not for people looking for push button solutions. - You don't have to have a lot of money to use the information in this report. This report focuses on free methods, though in the report I share my favorite keyword research tools (paid and free). "So Rod, what's this gonna cost me?" I'm glad you asked. This is my first WSO in years and I want every Warrior who needs this to have it. There are no fancy bonuses or One Time Offers to down load either. Just this report at a really low price. Your investment for ending your niche finding and analyzing woes starts at $9.10.... . And you don't need to opt-in to get it. To your success, Rod Cortez Rights - You only have personal rights to this report. You can download onto any computer that you personally own. For clarification: [NO] Can be given away [NO] Can be packaged [NO] Can be sold [NO] Can be edited or modified in any way. [NO] Can be used as web content [NO] Can be broken down into articles [NO] Can be offered as a bonus [NO] Can sell Resale Rights [NO] Can sell Master Resale Rights [NO] Can sell Private Label Rights [NO] Any commercial use whatsover? |

Reserved for FAQs / Etc. 1. Are review copies available? There are no review copies available. 2. Do you have a refund policy? Absolutely. Invest in the report, use it, and take it for a spin. If it did not help you within 30 days, contact me and I will refund your money. 3. Can this be applied to Pay Per Click advertising? I assume this is for seeking profitable keywords? Yes, this can be applied to PPC. Just bear in mind this is not an PPC course. I strongly recommend getting the PPC basics handled first. This report focuses on helping you find niches and then analyze them for profit potential. You still have to come up with the keywords using the free (or paid) tools I mention. If you already own software like Keyword Elite, Market Samurai, etc. then it'll save you a lot of time. |

Rod, You really should do more products for this market. You write well, managing to keep it interesting while keeping it simple enough to be understood. I would definitely be interested if you put more guides out. I've never had a problem generating niche ideas and your Idea Generator #1 is one of my favorites. I've been telling people that same thing for ages but almost no one teaches it, for some reason. Idea Generator #2 is one that hadn't occurred to me, at least not as in-depth as you discuss, and not in the same way. The last sentence of that section is positively brilliant and one I'd never thought of. The rest of the Idea Generators discussed are excellent, as well. I've used many of them in my own business so I know how well they work. As to determining profitability, I love the way you broke this down. That's not been a strong area for me so I am definitely going to follow your directions and see how they work for me. And just for the record, the sidebar on page 18 is worth the cost of the entire product - easily! To those reading - if you have no problem finding new niches and you know how to be sure they're profitable, then you may not benefit as much as someone else. I do believe you'll still get well over the value of the product back just from the specific things I mention above, though. If you do have a hard time picking niches and no clue as to how to determine profitability, then you NEED to buy this as it will set you on the right path in a hurry. Rod, seriously, please find time to put out more guides like this. It's nice to hear from the voice of experience. |

As I started going through Rod's product, I found it of great interest. First, because most people suggest to choose your niche based upon what you know or what you are interested. Well, that might be great for some, but that can be difficult for others. If you are like me, when I sit down and try to come up with niche interests or ideas, I get ZILCH! Nada! Nothing! What was a fully functioning brain, just bolted and ran, leaving me in a cloud of confusion! So, if you find yourself in my shoes, a newbie or veteran, you will appreciate the information that Rod has given us for finding viable niche options to begin our research. Now, I won't tell you what those are, but I can tell you that he gives you 7 Idea Generators to motivate you in the right direction. Although, not a lot of links/urls, he did include a helpful few to get you started. I appreciated his inclusion of the "hidden keyword", but if you're like me, you can't afford to pad the Big G's pocketbook to buy adwords. I know that it is probably great for testing the viability of keywords & test sites, but free traffic is my best friend at the moment. So, I'm not sure how lucky I would be when researching these hidden topics, depending on search engine results. He makes a great point when checking out the competition. if you are a brand new newbie by telling you where you find the natural and paid results. That may seem obvious to most of us, but not so obvious to the "babes in the woods". He does this so you can better understand how to evaluate your competition based upon the type of criteria you seek. In module 2, Rod describes primary and secondary keywords and how many searches per month each, as well as what qualifies as hidden keywords mentioned above. I was left with a few questions I had, but then again, I haven't used the online free tool he suggested yet, so it may make more sense once I do that. I have no doubt that Rod will be quick to respond. He even mentioned a couple of things that I hadn't thought of. Although, he mentions planning your PPC budget for testing your niches, he also offers up other suggestions to do it for free. (Now, he's talking my language! )Loved how he threw in "See what a little bit of research can uncover?" So true, so true. So, if you are looking for that affiliate program with a longer cookie, more commission, etc., the answer to your problem is...Research, Research, Research! Rod, I really enjoyed reading and studying your guide and plan to go back through it using the tools you mentioned. That way I can get clarification from you if needed. Hope you won't mind. One little favor, if possible. Please consider adding page numbers to the pages. While I was printing out your product, my computer acted up. I had to stop the printing and I was missing a pg. (front & back). I looked forever for that page, just knew I had it all out of order. Then, I finally realized what I did! Silly ME! I reprinted the page, and now just found the original the fan blew away! Good grief! Rod, ya did good! Best of luck on your WSO!

Rod, thanks for getting back into the WSO business. This report is very clear and to the point. It shows you exactly how to discover niche ideas and then determine if you can make money from them. The best part is that after reading the report (well I had to read it twice to let it soak in), you will be able to apply Rod's methods over and over again using free tools (at least until you are making enough to save yourself some time by using the paid ones). The $17 price on this is a no-brainer if you want to learn how to make money from info product sales and or affiliate sales (and the fact that Rod is letting Warriors have it at $7 for a short while is plain crazy, but he has been a way for a while, so do take advantage of him before he wakes up. You can cover that cost with one test affiliate sale). Thanks again Rod! |

I have to confess that I bought this without even going through the whole sales letter. Rod Cortez is the reason I'm still involved in IM. Maybe not the sole reason, but his "Before You Quit...!" report (still available, I think, in the War Room) breathed a little life back into me after being beaten up in the market. This report ought to be on the hard drive of every person who is struggling or has struggled with niche/market selection, or simply wants to do it more effectively and efficiently. |

Good Morning Rod, I read your 56 lessons yesterday and really liked it a lot. More then a couple of things applied to me and my new Journey into IM. I have tried this a couple times before (3) and never been able to successful at it. I know people are making money doing this and I can't figure out why I haven't been able to, YET! Things come in 3s so this is my turn to make it. I got the Niche Report and also found it interesting. I will keep an eye on you and look forward to what you might have for us, struggling in this market place. I don't trust anyone at this point. lLike I said I have been here and done this and spent $1000 with no success yet. If you are as you appear to be. You would be a breath of fresh air and someone I would like to trust and look to for some direction. Thanks again, Chris Shaefer |

Thanks for this Rod, I missed this in the WSO forum. However I saw it in your sig file. (There's a free lesson for Y'all. )I'm currently working on a project and your report gave me enough ideas to flesh it out to keep me busy for all of 2012. Just one page with one resource you gave will be worth 1,000 times what I paid you. Thanks Much for putting your sig to good use. George Wright |
