I had made Paypal payment to shonee (Transaction ID: 4GK43786MJ6516540)
on 19th for getting a PR for my site. I sent her 6 PMs and posted here
4 times (In almost time of my posting, shonee was online).

Shonee is telling, she is not getting PMs.
If it is the case, I told in my post (#59) on 23rd, to contact me through
email and gave 2 email addresses. I have also suggested shonee to activate
'send email to Shonee' function in her 'User CP' to make easy for her
customers to contact her (in her profile there is no website address or
any other contact methods).

But till this time I didn't get any message from shonee.

I see she has been online not long ago, and still haven't got anything from her.
The beauty of paypal disputes is that if the doesn't reply then, they automaticaly close the case in your favor.

Whether or not she it intentionally ignoring me or not - she had agreed to submit the files to me by the 22nd, which I never received.

I sent her a PM with 2 alternate e-mails to reach me, and she hasn't replied since either. At this point, I would say that it is probably intentional. I can see no reason to hide and avoid your customers, as seems to be the case here.

The amounts may be small, but if no one ever does anything about it, it's a sure way to make sure that the warrior forum remains a source of quick cash for scammers - which negatively impacts us all.

In any way, I did place a paypal dispute - which hasn't yet received any reply either.

Most people can accommodate a delay, but as we often have to build our own schedules around these deadlines, lack of communication on this level can negatively impact our own business as well and bring with it a chain reaction.

It is not about a few $(Although you have no idea if anyone had ordered for hundreds of dollars and are therefore bothered.).

People base their marketing plans on several factors, and this could be 1 of them. Also, they might have diverted their marketing $$ to this offer instead of going with another writer.

I have contacted you via email and via private message on the forum. And I didnt get a response from you and now you accuse me saying I never responded to your email.

I get emails all day long to the same email address I am using to communicate with you. Except for the two initial communications which I have responded back to you, I havent gotten any emails from you. Any other email you claim to having sent me never reached me - not in my inbox, not in spam box.

I gave you the benefit of doubt and sent you a private message here on the forum, for which I didnt get a response from you either. I posted a public message on your WSO to bring it to your attention that I am trying to communicate to you and haven't gotten response for you.

Apparently looks like I am not the only person who you have not communicated with. The deadline you promised was to deliver by Jan 18, 2009 and I had two projects that were linked to this one. More than the money I paid you its missing the deadline that affects my other projects now.

I have better business to do than tarnishing your business. I honestly tried to do business with you and get proper response from you for what you promised. "Good Business Policy" is not a one way street and it applies both to the buyer and the seller.

Now that I have put this issue in paypal dispute I am not going to respond on this thread anymore. Any responses you make in the paypal resolution center is not going to disappear out of thin air. Let me see what you have to say there.

Shonee, I am interested in at least 100 articles a month. What type of turn around can you give on those.

I will probably being going towards 200 - 300 article a month once the turn around and the quality is confirmed.

It seems that there is a communication problem and would rather not work with someone that I have to jump through hoops to get answers for. I am looking for a long term writer and if this isn't something you can do I will hire someone from the local university.

What is the turn around for 20 articles to test you out?
