Wow - thanks to Reilly @ReillyLabs for emailing me about this! I would have missed it otherwise (solved by signing up for your email list just a moment ago.) (: I'm completely new to your products, Kezz, but thrilled I've found you now! You referenced in the thread above that you will be adding additional themes beyond the AAA base. Are those included as updates, or how will you handle this? I've predominantly moved off WP to FusionHQ, but still have clients that want a blog, and still have a few myself. This is an incredible tool. Thanks for sharing it with us! Best, ~Kate |

I already bought because the price was about to jump again (I truly do hate dimesale style sales), but I do have a few questions. #1 - If we wanted to sell one, is it something we can export in a zip file or does the plugin have to be installed on the new site? I have a WP backup program that works like a charm, but if I designed a theme and wanted to sell it to a client, but had it hosted on my server, etc., do I have to rebuild or how does that work? #2 - If I decided later down the road to upgrade to the Enterprise Edition, is that the full difference between what I paid and the $295 or is it a flat fee to do that? Thanks! |

Looks like an excellent product/plugin. And the website examples are beautiful. However... Can you please compare and contrast this with a product called Artisteer. Artisteer is $50, comes with a developer license, can generate Wordpress, Drupal, and HTML sites from the same design, has an incredibly intuitive and powerful interface, etc.. The only major difference is that Artisteer is stand alone Windows software where as this product is online and can be accessed from any where (a big selling point IMHO). I'm just asking. I'm not in any way knocking this product or you Kezz. It looks great and creates some really eye-catching sites. It just seems somewhat limited in a few ways. Thanks for any advice/input you can give me. Good luck with this plugin Kezz. I may buy if you can give me a reason as I already own Artisteer and am very happy with it. Jeff |

Looks great! Do we need Enterprise license to sell to all our clients? Create one theme and sell it to many? Or is this just if marketing outside of our client base? Just need to know which license I need!! Thanks much! Shelle |

Hi Kezz, Can you tell me if there is a template within this theme, that I can copy & paste HTML code from a standard web page, (Mini site) straight into this WP theme? This would be a big help, so I can transfer my older sites over to WP, as I noticed a WP theme that was offering this just the other day. Thanks Stuart |

I watched the video, but it moves pretty fast. Couple questions: 1) Can you adjust the height of the slider? 2) Does a page design apply to all pages, or can you create a unique design for one particular page? (I need a sales page that contains content in the sidebar that doesn't appear anywhere else on the site.) Thanks! |

Kezz.. I'm liking playing with it so far... just a couple of questions about the Enterprise licence 1) What is the upgrade path if I've already bought? 2) You know how people like some level of customization when they buy a theme.. Is there more customization options for the end user with the enterprise version? ie changing the colours and image backgrounds in the blocks seems to be fixed with the theme. Can this be altered to be user configurable for themes I wish to sell with the enterpise version.. Is there an easy way to do this if you don't know any code? Thanks Dave |

Good morning ladies and gents! ![]() I'll be answering all of your questions one by one in just a moment, but let me first just let you all know that this WSO has indeed been a limited time special offer on the Developer Edition of the Website Weaver. It really was limited, and it really was special, starting out at less than half the usual price. And while I was asleep for the night here in Australia all of the specials sold right out super fast! There may well be more specials run again in the future, again just for Warriors only. Feel free to jump on my notification list to hear about the next one: http://forms.aweber.com/form/53/1422298453.htm In the meantime, I've prevented this offer from going quite back up to full price, so Warriors will still be able to drop in here and get at least a $10 discount. For those of you in the know, you'll also be aware that other developer options in the same kind of space as the Website Weaver average around a $130 to $150 price tag. In the future, quite possibly the not too distant future, the Website Weaver will move into the same range as well. So $85 for the amount of power and the usage rights of the dev version is doubly super awesome. |

Another question Kezz... In your examples in the sales pages you have a theme which has the top menu on the right hand side Also there is a theme with the social buttons in the header... Also how can I put a menu in the header... so menu in header on the right? How can we get these options? Would these questions be better going to your support? Dave |

Hi folks! Well "Murphy's Law" of timing has proven itself again to be true and the power has just gone out for my whole town and I'm told it will be out all day. I have a little charge on my laptop so I'm going to use it and my wireless dongle to get as much info out to you guys as I can. Please forgive me if I don't address your post or username directly as I'm going to rush this a bit until the power comes back on tonight (my time). I'll also be getting back to all your PMs then as well. RE: Browser compatibility Yes, the themes produced by the Website Weaver all run perfectly on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and IE7+ RE: Future releases of Website Weaver compatible themes You can look forward to lots, and I mean LOTS, of compatible themes being released in the future. The current Website Weaver + AAA Starter package will remain as is, but there will definitely be specials on every new theme that comes out. There will also be specials where certain themes are bundled up with the main Website Weaver package, and Warriors will always be among the first people to get access. I'll be sending out notifications of new product releases and new WSOs via this list if you'd like to jump onto it: SpiderWeb Press Notification RE: Support & customer service There's no "subscription period" on support for customers of the Website Weaver. If you've bought the Weaver at any point and you need help, just give a shout. At the moment I'm just handling questions via the support email address you receive upon purchase, but I'm in the process of setting up a ticket desk that will make it really easy for people to field support enquiries. Don't forget to also check out the help guide: SpiderWeb Press Website Weaver Help Guide Also, look out for a series of extra tutorials and walkthrough videos I'll be publishing very soon. RE: Selling themes to clients - the process If you want to sell a theme to a client all you have to do is zip it up and you're good to install it just like any other theme. They work completely independently of the Website Weaver so once completed, you can treat them like any "regular" theme. The only difference is that because you've created a Website Weaver compatible theme, you can again install the plugin and use it on the theme any time in the future. Additionally, you have a potential upsell you can offer your clients or site buyers should they like to use the Website Weaver themselves. For example, you might auction a site over at Flippa and let people know that the custom theme on the site is Website Weaver compatible, and that they can use it to add their own logo, social networking links, colors and so on. You then provide them with your affiliate link to grab their own copy of the plugin and as a result you have extra selling points for your sites, and make extra money. RE: Upgrading to the Enterprise Edition from the WSO special If you've purchased the Dev license via this WSO and you'd like to upgrade later, I'll treat it as though you paid the full regular price. So rather than the difference being between what you actually paid and the Enterprise rate, the difference will only be between what you would have paid through the usual channels. Any time you want to do this just drop me a line and I'll organize it with you directly. RE: Comparison with Artiseer As you pointed out, a major difference between the Website Weaver and Artiseer is that this works online and directly inside WordPress itself, making it highly accessible. The other major difference is that you have a lot more freedom in terms of what you can do with your designs and your overall look and feel. Artiseer is great at what it does, but it has something of a "boilerplate" look and feel that is very recognizable. On the other hand if you want to be able to create a theme that is truly unique, in absolutely any style you want, and at a high end professional level the Website Weaver allows you to do so. The Website Weaver has already been responsible for the creation of themes for multi million dollar luxury businesses, who have absolutely loved the results achieved. The ability to operate at this level is something that puts the Website Weaver on another level. Additionally, having worked with modifying existing Artiseer themes in the past, I can also tell you that a great deal more code is used in their layouts. This is probably partly to do with the fact they have to accommodate multiple platforms. Website Weaver themes on the other hand are optimized specifically for WordPress, and use very minimal, lightweight code. This is essential to make it as easy as possible for SE bots to crawl through your sites, and for load time to be as fast as possible. RE: What technical form the Website Weaver is in The Website Weaver is a WordPress plugin, rather than a desktop application or a bunch of options in the back end of a theme. It also comes with the AAA Starter Theme, which as the name suggests, is a "vanilla" base with everything "switched on" that acts as your starting point. So you will install the AAA Starter theme (and first give it a unique name if you choose) and the Website Weaver plugin. The Website Weaver adds a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) theme editing interface to your WP admin panel. Through this editing interface you use all the tools at your fingertips to create your unique themes. NOTE / INSERT - My laptop is starting to run a little low on charge so I'm going to post this info to make sure it gets out to you all. Stay tuned for more responses to all your questions. |

I have a theme I would like to use this on. How do I know if it is compliant? How could I make it complaint if it is not? This looks really exciting, but I am working exclusively in either thesis, or Armand Morin's marketerCMS theme. I need to know if these would be compatable and would appreciate your help/comments. would like to see someone who is not a fan boy who has experience with headway and just got this theme give a honest comparison? i invested in headway and don't want to jump ship as headway is very slick and hate to waste the investment... but if this is easier to make a design then I would use it all day long... especially with the lightness of the themes and the way that it is a plugin functionality...

Just bought it and am looking forward to (re)designing my current website with this rather powerful tool. Yes, I am disappointed that I didn't know about it when it was $50 off , but this is exactly what I was looking for, since Artisteer (the tool I used before) rather limited what I could do and Website Weaver seems to provide the missing design options. So, overall I am pleased |

Hi folks, The power just came back on here so I'll be online for the rest of the day again, my time. To all the folks who missed out on the early special, rest assured I'm listening to what you have to say. This is a brand new product out on the market and this is the very first special that's been run on it. And while of course I had my fingers crossed that folks would see the value here and jump on it, I actually didn't know it was going to be quite as popular as it is nor that the specials would sell out so fast! So for those that missed out, keep an eye open as I will be running other specials down the track. However at the same time I would be disingenuous to go back on my word for this first of what I hope to be many specials. Nobody likes it when someone says "X" will be available, only to come back later and the person has changed their mind, even if due to demand. That wouldn't be fair to anyone, and would not be very honest or forthright. So while I would of course love to have all you folks buy a copy if I did go back on what I'd said, I'm a woman of my word and I do intend to stick to it, even if that means I sadly miss out on having some of you lovely folks jump on board with me. Now that I do know the level of demand here, I will make future offers I do available for more people. ![]() I'll get back to everyone else on their questions asap. |

Until I found Kezz's product, I was looking at buying a Themeforest theme for $35. That's one theme, to be used on one site. The price of this product is just over two such premium themes, so the fact that it is so flexible, and I can use it on all my sites and my clients' sites makes it worth the money in my view.

Hey folks, back to answer some more of your questions. RE: Search Engine Optimization Yes, a great deal of thought has been put into making sure Website Weaver themes are as SEO ready as they can possibly be. Everything is structured with very clean, efficient, lightweight code. Some developers take the approach of filling up their themes with layers upon layers of code for every possible thing that can be coded. I have always taken the opposite approach, whereby I only ever include the minimum amount of code it takes to make something work and run along smoothly. I have done a great deal of work with many other theme frameworks and platforms apart from my own, and through this I know that my code is far cleaner and more efficient than that of many others. So, the first part of the equation right there is that it is very easy for SE crawlers to make their way through my code without getting bogged down at all. Heading tags are strategically structured depending on whether you are on the home page, a single post or page, whether a heading is within a widget and so on and so forth. All the latest information and standards have been adopted in the placement of heading tag structure. The in built meta title tag is also optimized for each individual part of a site. Unlike some themes that use the same meta title throughout the whole site, this theme will always adjust its meta title to reflect the content of the page it is actually displayed on. Additionally, virtually every other platform that offers any type of design flexibility relies heavily on storing all of your customizations in a database, or on processing large amounts of additional PHP functions. All of this adds up to significantly reduce the efficiency of theme, which as you know now has a bearing on SERPs. With Website Weaver themes on the other hand all the customizations are held directly within the themes themselves. So even though you have a huge amount of flexibility, the performance of the theme is not diminished in any way at all. This is a key strength of the Website Weaver being a plugin, running separately to the themes. Every element of SEO that should be covered by a solid WordPress theme, has been covered with great attention and careful strategy. So the short answer is yes, these themes are absolutely search engine optimized. I shall post again shortly with more answers to questions that have popped up. |

| RE: Setting up ecommerce sites Yes, the system has been created with a view to making it really easy to set up the layout for a simple ecommerce store, using a service with copy and paste button code such as E-Junkie for example. So the process is very simple. For example, you might setup your theme to have three post columns and a narrow sidebar. For each product you want to sell you would then create a post, add your product image as the "Featured Image", add a little blurb and paste in the "Add to Cart" link provided by E-Junkie. You can also take the same approach with creating an ecommerce style affiliate site, for Amazon for example. In the scarf-store example site a plugin called "Amazon Product In A Post" was used. This plugin lets you grab the image, info and buy button for any given product and add it into your post. So in that example site the same process I described above was used, but affiliate posts made up the content instead. |

Kezz, Does it support different "looks" on different pages? For instance many themes will support different variations in one theme, many different templates. Full width, side bar on left, side bar on right, landing page, squeeze page, etc. Garret |

| RE: Changing the height of the slider Yes, you can change the height of the slider very easily. All you have to do is drag the little dotted line you see at the bottom of it to whatever height you choose, then save and update. All eight blocks can have their height resized in the same way. RE: Different layouts on different parts of the site By default the Website Weaver lets you have different blocks set to show or hide on four different parts of your theme. These are:
At the moment there is not automated process for creating additional page templates. I did consider including it but given there are already four areas that have options, I didn't want to overwhelm people with too many different settings. That said, the theme structure has in and of itself been created to be highly adaptable to those people who are code inclined. By itself it easily rivals many of the WP theme frameworks that are out there. So if you do want to create individual page templates the process is very easy. Feel free to contact me if you need help on how to do this. |

| RE: Upgrading to Enterprise if you've already bought here via WSO If you've already purchased here and would like to upgrade to the Enterprise license, just drop me an email or private message and I will create a discount coupon exclusively for you. You can use this on checkout of the Enterprise version to reduce the price by $95, i.e. buy the full amount you would normally have paid for the Dev version. RE: Providing customization options to folks you sell your themes to Because the themes have been designed to stand alone and independently it is definitely possible to create an additional options page exclusive to each theme. I myself will be doing this with some purpose specific themes that will be released in the future. That said, this would involve some coding from someone familiar with WordPress development. However what you do have at your fingertips is the additional selling point to your buyers that your themes are Website Weaver compatible. So you can let them know that by grabbing their own plugin they will be able to customize not just a few things, but anything they want. And of course I suggest you make an offer like the above via your own affiliate link, so it adds to the amount of revenue you are able to generate from each theme you sell. |

| RE: Mobile themes Website Weaver themes have been optimized first and foremost for browsers, however I have seen them being run on iPhones and iPads without issue. Given you can set your theme width to any value, this effectively means you could use the Website Weaver to create mobile themes. However please do note that it is not optimized for this purpose at present. In the future I think it would be a great idea to have a mobile version extension that runs side by side, so I'll definitely put that idea on the roadmap. RE: Website Weaver compatible themes Themes have to have been created with the Website Weaver in order to be compatible. At the moment we have the AAA Starter theme, which you get with the plugin, and two other compatible themes over at our store: SpiderWeb Press Store We also have a series of compatible themes planned for release. Additionally, as the user base of our Enterprise Edition increases you will also see more people creating their own compatible themes and making them available to others. RE: Removing the footer link In short, please do feel free to go ahead and remove that link under any license, including the personal edition. You are entitled to change any part of the themes that you would like. |

I have started creating themes and then converting them to child themes for that reason. I have seen a lot of people update both themes and plug-ins and their site crashes or gives a blank screen, having a child theme makes this very easy to deal with and you never have any issues with your customisations. |

Hi Kezz, Very much interested! And I'm glad it's search engine optimized. Quite new to customization though so just wanted to make sure the basic layout I need can be done. So Website Weaver will allow me to do header image, prominent video then opt in form on the right, then at the bottom of the video- 1 column (wide) featured post, followed by 3 -column featured posts, right? |

That’s very generous with the $95 of the enterprise edition, for those of us that have been waiting for questions to be answered, how would you like us to proceed? Your site has a slideshow on it, Is that generated with your software? Can this software add slideshows into posts or is that a plug-in you are using?

Would also like to know about videos in the widget area. Many themes don't work easily for this feature and many of the plugins are old and not being updated so there are issues. Is it possible to set videos into the sidebar with this? |

Just FYI, there were actually 40 specials all up, not 10, and being a brand new product on the market and this the first ever promotion, I'm very pleasantly surprised and very grateful that they were all snapped up so quickly. And on that note, thanks Warriors for the tremendous support and encouragement so far. There's plenty more good stuff on the way! More answers to questions coming soon.
