Cookie Stuffing Coaching

ok so i pretty much know the idea of the cookie stuffing.Have all the info i need and not sure whether or not to do it.Has anyone tried this before? is it guaranteed to get you money? or is has a lot to do with good luck?cause it seems like a pretty serious thing but at the same time an easy to achieve one aswell..confusing much?
