International version is Available in members area. Yes this includes Australia.

Australia is supported in the new International version.

After logging in, 4 videos have error messages "200 stream not found..." . I get that here at work (sometimes blocks videos), and at home. I'm assuming that this isn't the new members' area.

Please answer....Is there a reason/fix for the text getting shifted to the right? I'll experiment under a different domain with a different template, but I'd like to use the one on www.mortgage-brokers-boston.com . Not being a coder, I'm curious as to why activating and not using this plug-in affects formatting.

I know the Developer's license allows multiple sites. I remember that there was a bonus/pdf of some sort.

This is the most frustrating WSO I've ever purchased. I've tried for over a week to get an answer to why the plug-in is affecting the formatting of the theme.
I even upgraded to Developer, which I shouldn't have.

I don't think that it's asking too much to check the posts once a day if you are offering a WSO.

The directory on your site appears to be working fine but perhaps you have a preference that you are trying to configure.

The theme you are using may be altering the overall style of the data, but it hard to tell without having access to your actual setup config.

Jay, is there a way to control the listings that appear (ie. get rid of chain restaurants that aren't really local?).
When I asked about this way back in December, you said it was going to be added with the international release.

If need be I'll pm the login and password. Activating wplocalplus (without any short codes on the pages that show at the bottom of the home page, or anywhere, for that matter), is shifting the text in the three columns to the right. Normally, the text lines up flush left with the title. The template pulls the three columns from "pages" not posts. There is no way to override the problem in the template. I'm as curious as to why the plugin is doing this.

for anyone that is curious, do not use any cache wplugin like w3 or that sorty (i think minify is ok) other wise your maps will not show up.
btw
why does this plugin not work if the main page with [wplocalplus] is static. I works fine, but when you try to sort by whatever (using the buttons to sort closest, high rated, etc) it just wonks out and goes to the posts.

figured it out, it's case sensitive and only works with the directory (i thought it could work anywhere on the site)

Just to clarify, you are using the wp local Int right? If not please make the switch to that first.

Secondly, at the moment you cannot remove listings as they stream in from feed. That feature will be incorporated in next version.

Where is the support area? I have emailed the support address provided in the members area and have had no response for weeks if not months. I'd have to go back to see how long ago it was that I had some questions but I have sent 3 emails in the last week and nothing.

I got a guy working through the issues with the plugin and I'm sure he will be able to make it what I need it to be so at this point I'll pass on the support (and that pure gold) unless you have plans to update the plugin in the next week or so with the changes discussed previously in this thread.

I am trying to build a golf course directory.

There are 2 plugins in the members area, one is called wplocalpro and the other is wplocalpro int. I tried them both and neither seems to work.

Ideally, I would have a page with all states, once you choose the state, you'll find all cities in that state, then you click on the city to see the courses in that city.

I don't think the plugin works on a state level so settling for the list of cities is fine by me.

If I use the shortcode [allcity], I get all popular cities which is ok but when I click on a city it just has a generic list of businesses which is not what I'm interested in.

Problem with the "int" plugin is that it does not have a "business list" tab to begin with, so I'm not sure how to create short codes with what I want.

Problem with the original plugin is the businesses its pulling up. In both plugins when I use the [allcity] code and brows to "golf courses" I get a decent list but if I go to "business list" in the US plugin and have it search for golf courses, the results are very bad, not even related in many cases. In other cases, it finds 0 businesses.

All I want is to create a directory that has the cities, people click the city and find golf courses in that city.

Any idea how to do this?
