I am confident I can use the scripts and action steps to make cold call sales. It's an ego bruising business (unless you enjoy being obnoxious) but having a fully developed and field tested methodology gives you the best chance for success. Don't try to reinvent this Code on your own unless you enjoy self-inflicted pain.

Josh includes several bonuses that are relevant if not particularly distinguished. The one with his name on it is most useful to the offline consultant needing a sales manager. Nonetheless, they are useful references. The value in the package, though, comes from the Code Calling Code itself. It is very reasonably priced.

Get Josh's Code if you want to try your hand at cold calling or if you have been disappointed with your results from past attempts. His code won't provide the over your shoulder coaching my old sales managers did, but it does address mindset and keeping poised and focused as you work the numbers, the plan and the sales. That's the most you could hope for from a WSO ebook.

Does your course include any audio files? it would seem that
they would be necessary with this type of course... I know
you have one of those "bloody" english accents, *lol* (just kidding!) but it would
still be good to see how you vary the inflections of your voice,
use of tone, etc....

To be honest, i'm actually a little to buy your course for lack of
audio examples even at such an awesome price.

No, i do not have audios..... But its something that i will definitely want to make some for those that purchase, it would be a free update of course.

The PDF's are more than enough to learn, i explain in a lot of detail how you should sound, and i give tips on making sure you sound the best.

Josh's Cold Calling Code is a lot like those notebooks and the sales managers I relied on to keep my head straight when becoming discouraged was easy and lethal to a tender new career in sales. I am confident I can use the scripts and action steps to make cold call sales. It's an ego bruising business (unless you enjoy being obnoxious) but having a fully developed and field tested methodology gives you the best chance for success. Don't try to reinvent this Code on your own unless you enjoy self-inflicted pain.

Josh includes several bonuses that are relevant if not particularly distinguished. The one with his name on it is most useful to the offline consultant needing a sales manager. Nonetheless, they are useful references. The value in the package, though, comes from the Cold Calling Code itself. It is very reasonably priced.

Get Josh's Code if you want to try your hand at cold calling or if you have been disappointed with your results from past attempts. Thanks Josh for the awesome product. I use to be afraid of picking up the phone and cold calling businesses but Josh's course really took the fear out of it. This past week I started using some of Josh's technique's to call businesses and was able to setup several appointments with only one person saying no! Cold calling is now my favorite method of getting new clients. I love that I can just pick up the phone and drum up new business anytime I feel like it. Josh's course is extremely thorough and will help you build immediate rapport with business owners. Thanks Josh!

Definitely one of the best reports I've read on cold calling I've read in a long time. I've read a lot of books from the library about selling and cold calling and none have been as specific and finely tuned as Josh's calling code.

To help him out I decided to take some time out of my schedule and am taking a day tomorrow to use his method specifically in 100 calls to businesses in my area. I'll be looking to close $1k+ redesign/marketing packages.

Well the course is centered around getting the meeting simply because if you are making an effort to cold call, you will get a much higher return for your effort if you get meetings.

If you sell on the phone you will get a much lower success rate.

that being said, you can sure tweak the scripts to suit your needs, this guide contains many great comebacks that you could just tweak slightly to sell your product instead of "sell the meeting".

With the scripts provided for you to use as your own, you'll get past the gate keeper.So that you can present your offer to the business owner but creating value, establishing a relationship and trust first. Then melt away all the resistance.

The modules are short and very user friendly to follow along, they are straight to the point. I will use these methods alongside my offline consulting business since I hardly cold call. Plus how to leave the proper messages so that the prospect will call me back asap. After my review of this WSO I now will have more confidence with my live presentations in the near future. I was asked to give my review on this new WSO, "Cold Calling Code". I am not into offline sales currently, but have done some in the past. So the product was of interest to me.

It's fairly short and to the point... but full of great tips to help increase your sales conversion. Usually you will hear people say..."expect 10 nos before you get a yes". Josh says its more like 3 nos to 1 yes. He backs that up with exactly how to accomplish it.

The tricks are simple yet highly effective in giving you the confidence to pick up the phone and contact a perfect stranger asking for an appointment to sell your stuff. Josh goes over the preparation, how to practice for most effective results, and how to talk when making the call.

He gives you full scripts to use as a guide, and discusses in detail how to turn negative back into more conversation...resulting in that needed appointment. He even covers how to get past the gatekeeper and answering machine. Just about any obstacle you can imagine, Josh gives you a way out.

I'm interested in getting into Cold Calling to get more offline clients, so I pick up as many products on the subject as possible.

My objective by buying various courses on the subject of cold calling is to pick up a new perspective or angle that I can use to get better results with my offline marketing.

My favorite book on the subject of cold calling is "Cold Calling Techniques That Really Work" by Author "Stephan Schiffman".

Cold Calling Techniques That really work is considered to be the bible on Cold Calling, and every course on cold calling that's been released since(That I've read), it's author has used cold calling techniques that work as a foundation for developing their own course, but with a different perspective or spin than the original.

The authors of those spin off books, always credit Cold Calling Techniques as the inspiration behind their course, I should add.

I picked up this WSO, The cold calling code, and I feel like I was reading Cold Calling Techniques that really work by Stephan Schiffman, all over again, word for word.

I'm not accusing this author of plagiarism, however I felt like he could have went a step further with this product and offer more of the concrete results he received by applying the strategies taught in Cold Calling Techniques That Really work to offline marketing.

All of the general and generic examples of cold calling strategies, prospect scenarios, prospect objections, objection tips and rebuttals etc., used in the Cold Calling Code can be found in Cold Calling Techniques That Really Work.


If you are brand new to cold calling, than this WSO is perfect for you. It gives you some great strategies on how to approach cold calling, however the strategies and techniques are not original and can be found in Cold Calling Techniques That Really work, verbatim.

I think the author could make this product way better, by first stating where he got the original ideas from, but this is how I flipped it, and made it work for offline marketing, and these are the real stats from my efforts.

Hey, Thanks for your reply... I was certainly inspired by stephen shiffman, i have read quite a few of his books and many others on cold calling and sales. This is how I built up my knowlagebase when trying to get offline clients.

I certainly use many of his techniques when cold calling, and this e-book is for those who probably wouldnt find his book, or want something that is more targeted for SEM consulting.

Also steph tends to go on quite a lot in his book, so when I read them I summed most of them up as notes... and use those.

Then over the months, i tweaked them for my SEM consulting company, and here is the product of that.

Thanks for your honest review I will certainly take your points into consideration with my future products, making sure I provide many more real examples, and statistics based from my techniques.

After a very busy week, I finally got around to reviewing your WSO. There is some very good stuff in here. This is a great product for understanding the "Textbook Fundamentals" of Cold Calling.

I too am a big fan of Stephan Schiffman and this is a lot of what he teaches. That isn't a bad thing though-- the reason he is looked at as an expert is because his techniques work!

Anyway, for the current price of under $10 Warriors should pick this WSO up. It is simple, to the point, and from my personal experience the techniques work.

I had a chance to go through this and also immediately put some of the tactics to good use. I've been selling my services to offline businesses for a few years and most of my modest business were from referrals by clients and business associates. In other words, my marketing was at the most, passive.

I had recently included web design and other online services to offer to local businesses and had a tough time selling these since I really could not bring myself to do any cold-calling. Furthermore, since I was new in doing these services, I was not getting lots referrals for these.

Immediately after going through Josh's material, I knew I had to put this to use and started making a few calls. I tried to follow as closely as possible and although it was not perfect, it became like some kind of "game" I was "playing" with my prospects and it made me want to call. It was getting a bit enjoyable for me.

I didn't make that many calls really - only about 7 calls and got 1 who was not interested in anything, another who sent me to the rigth person to speak to and another 5 calls I got appointments for and have met with 4 of them with another due for a meeting on Monday. No sales closed as yet but I am expecting 2 very likely sales from the 4 I've already met with and have submitted proposals.

From my personal experience, this has been phenomenal even if 7 calls are not many to go by.

I don't know about you but I am definitely glad I don't have to make 100 cold calls to get 5 appointments even though this is a number's game.

Thanks Josh, you've saved me lots of unnecessary time-wasting from taking no action at all.

From my personal experience, this has been phenomenal even if 7 calls are not many to go by.

I don't know about you but I am definitely glad I don't have to make 100 cold calls to get 5 appointments even though this is a number's game.

I have few questions:

1. How long is the guide?
2. With your cold calling script, what's the typical conversion rate? Sometimes you said there are 30 No's before we can get 1 yes. But in the testiomonial, 10 No's before we can get 1 Yes. Can you clarify?
3. After the cold call, the next step is to face to face with the business owners? Or can we close the deal through the phone? I am not from US but want to target US business owners.

Thanks for your questions, here are your answers.

1.

Its split up into 4 main PDF's
- the art of cold calling and SEM (an intro)
- The mechanics of a cold call
- Turning problems into meetings
- When your on edge... How to get the meeting anyway
I also include the complete script to print off for referance while you are calling.
A cold calling tracking sheet to keep track of everthing in one easy location
and an action plan to help you get started right away, with exact steps on what to do first...

You could probably get through the whole course in under two hours... so really not that long.


2.

I said 30 calls to 1 meeting simply because im trying to cover my ass... however my general conversion rate is around 30% success from calls that you actually get through to the business owner.
So 1 in 3 calls (where i actually end up talking to a business owner) becomes a meeting.
When they ask you to call back, then my callback conversion rates are about 80% or higher... this is because of my neat callback script which works every time

As you can see from testimonials... one person make 7 calls and got 5 meetings.... so, conversion rates can be MUCH higher than what I got....

either way, it works like hell!!

3.

my script only talks about "getting the meeting" but this could easily be a telephone meeting, skype meeting or "getting the sale" over the phone.

when asking for the sale over the phone, you will not get a very high conversion, and you will usually never be able to get the BIG sales like you can get from face to face meetings.
