Hi Warren,

No, websites are not outsourced, but we are a team of three, so we did split tasks..
Every website is personally monitored and finalized by my self..

If you don't specify the monetization method, I usually put adsense, if it's a niche with high ad cost.. if not I go with amazon, clickbank, etc.. what ever you preffer..

I was looking for examples as I hired another guy from another site for the same job but he is very far away and cant really have a good conversation with him, My main focus is Adsense let me know please do you have a time to chat what timezone are you in? Im total new would you provide any support? since I really dont know anything about Marketting online

A word of warning, but if you're monetising with Adsense and deleting the privacy policy, you're running the risk of people losing their Adsense accounts. All websites displaying Adsense must have a privacy policy on display.

I'm sure these are great websites, but you might want to keep this in mind.

I was probably the first or second person to pick up a site from Avdo last week. I wanted to give him a trial to see if he could deliver the basic site and content as promised.

After completing my payment, he requested a niche I wanted him to explore. I of course picked an extremely competitive niche to see what he was made of. He got back to me quickly with a recommendation as well as letting me know which domain names were available to purchase. All the research done for me!

I purchased the domain and set up my own hosting. As he started building the site out, he communicated with me as needed for my adsense code, Google analytics, etc. He installs these for you also.

During the process I saw him test out several WP designs as he began adding content. Within a short amount of time the site was up and running. You will also find that he is extremely motivated by delivering a quality product and it is obvious he has great pride in his work.

Once the site was finished Avdo sent me the complete backlinks report, original articles he used, and the articles with spintags so I can use it for syndication. Wow - I didn't expect this!

Oh by the way, the site is currently listed at number 4 on page one of Google! Even if it dances around a bit, I have never had any site start on page one. In fact the way he designed the site, I am also in spots 5 and 6 as well.

Will the site make $100 per month after the next a couple of months? Being on page one of Google will guarantee a good return, but if not, I can flip the site easily for 4 or 5 times my cost even with zero revenue!

Any Cons?

Just one for me, but I am really picky when it comes to writing articles. I did tweak some of the text, but overall very little. I just put more of my "voice" into each article. I probably spent no more than 15 minutes total. The fact that he even provides the original articles blows me away.

So, would I use him again?

Absolutely! In fact I am ordering 5 more sites from him right after I finish this review.......on second thought, I think I will order them before I finish this review!

User Review: I was probably the first or second person to pick up a site from Avdo last week. I wanted to give him a trial to see if he could deliver the basic site and content as promised. After completing my payment, he requested a niche I wanted him to explore. I of course picked an extremely competitive niche to see what he was made of. He got back to me quickly with a recommendation as well as letting me know which domain names were available to purchase. All the research done for me! I purchased the domain and set up my own hosting. As he started building the site out, he communicated with me as needed for my adsense code, Google analytics, etc. He installs these for you also. During the process I saw him test out several WP designs as he began adding content. Within a short amount of time the site was up and running. You will also find that he is extremely motivated by delivering a quality product and it is obvious he has great pride in his work. Once the site was finished Avdo sent me the complete backlinks report, original articles he used, and the articles with spintags so I can use it for syndication. Wow - I didn't expect this! Oh by the way, the site is currently listed at number 4 on page one of Google! Even if it dances around a bit, I have never had any site start on page one. In fact the way he designed the site, I am also in spots 5 and 6 as well. Will the site make $100 per month after the next a couple of months? Being on page one of Google will guarantee a good return, but if not, I can flip the site easily for 4 or 5 times my cost even with zero revenue! Any Cons? Just one for me, but I am really picky when it comes to writing articles. I did tweak some of the text, but overall very little. I just put more of my "voice" into each article. I probably spent no more than 15 minutes total. The fact that he even provides the original articles blows me away. So, would I use him again? Absolutely! In fact I am ordering 5 more sites from him right after I finish this review.......on second thought, I think I will order them before I finish this review! Great Job Avdo!
