After completing my payment, he requested a niche I wanted him to explore. I of course picked an extremely competitive niche to see what he was made of. Once the site was finished Avdo sent me the complete backlinks report, original articles he used, and the articles with spintags so I can use it for syndication. Wow - I didn't expect this!

Oh by the way, the site is currently listed at number 4 on page one of Google! Even if it dances around a bit, I have never had any site start on page one. In fact the way he designed the site, I am also in spots 5 and 6 as well.

Will the site make $100 per month after the next a couple of months? Being on page one of Google will guarantee a good return, but if not, I can flip the site easily for 4 or 5 times my cost even with zero revenue!

Any Cons?

Just one for me, but I am really picky when it comes to articles writing. I did tweak some of the text, but overall very little. I just put more of my "voice" into each article. I probably spent no more than 15 minutes total. The fact that he even provides the original articles blows me away.

So, would I use him again?

Absolutely! In fact I am ordering 5 more sites from him right after I finish this review.......on second thought, I think I will order them before I finish this review!

sure there are criteria I'm using..it's global monthly searches (min. 1000),
CPC (min. $1.00) if site is made for adsense only, if not only for adsense then it's min. $0.75 CPC

If I had a niche pack that I bought with an ebook( would have to be updated depending on keywords used , a free mini course(auto responder html), sales letter(needs to be updated), keywords to work from, 5 or 6 articles that need to be rewritten, and a graphics package. Could you work with that?

I don't know from who you were buying your sites, and I totally understand your dissapointment, and loosing faith..

I took a quick look at your yamaha bass guitar website, and in a first three seconds I saw three mistakes why your sites are not making money, and probably are not ranking well on google..

Your site is not properly SE optimized.. and second thing, every site will not be profitable, even if it's optimized and monetized very good, that's the fact, and that's how things are in IM.. 1 of 10 of my sites will not make money, even if I new what I was doing..that's the average..

In my offer is this statement: if the site that I build for you doesn't rank well, and not make you money in reasonable time, you will not be left alone..I'll back up you with offsite SEO untill your site is not on google#1

Avdo I just wanted to talk about the websites you Built for me maybe in bullet form since you built three for me.

You gave me a http:gentlyusedoutdoorgear.com on 20 Oct 11, I told you I loved it. I love it even more now one month later come tomorrow for the following reasons. Site has been live for 1 month

For the main keyword it is 1 on google, 1 on yahoo, 1 on bing. What is not to love?

For the keyword used outdoor gear it is 2 on google, 1 yahoo, 1 bing What is not to love?

For the keyword concerning a brand name North face it is on the first page of Yahoo #8 and bing #9

it is listed at 60 on yahoo and bing 61 on another brand name keyword concerning REI

it is indexed on yahoo and Bing for 4 other brand named gear keywords ranging between 77 and 167

So in less than a month it has 3 keywords listed on the First page of all three maj search engines. And 5 of my specific product Keywords listed on 2 of the major search between 67 -167.

Now my Friend those are results just taken today with rank checker and because of your very serious and expert work and talent. It is making some money, not much yet, but I expect it to break very soon. As you know I asked you not to worry about monetizing with anything but adsense because I am going in a direction of my own with monetizing.
I also had this domain before you were able to do your research magic on it. You still pulled off getting on page one in less than a month.

So to my fellow warriors or those of you who want results there you are. All three sites are beautiful, and I am a happy camper. Go check out this one, and tomorrow I will check the another site, used clothing online .org and put up the results here. Reviews and Recommendations are good but nothing is better than good honest results. Go there and run rank checker yourself. Avdo is the man he knows his business.
