It's funny you asked this. I was covering this
same subject moments ago with someone
through a PM.

To answer your question, if you read the website
thoroughly, you will notice I do not mention the
strategy working at online casinos. It was
designed to win at live casinos.

Yes, it will win for a short while online, but ultimately,
it has to lose. Online casinos are software programs.
As such, software programs are not programmed
to allow you to win. They are programmed to give
random decisions.

The algorithms used are designed to stay within
