You could sell your sites on ebay if you wanted to, but I personally recommend selling on sitepoint (which is what I do) because the buyers there are both more experienced (meaning they need less hand-holding after site transfer) and more importantly, have deeper pockets.

It took me 4 hours to both setup the site and one-shot promotion/SEO. Of course, I've been doing this for a while so your own results may vary. But the point is to set up a system that's heavily automated and gets easier and faster each time (and it does). In fact, the latest minisite only took 3 hours to build.

I hold my sites for selling anywhere between 30 days to about 9 months. The $1000 minisite case study I used in the ebook was "held onto" for about 7 months before selling. There have been sites that I sold in shorter timeframes for much more money, but I decided to use this particular site because I felt it was a more typical case of which the results can be easily duplicated for a beginner.

Note that even during the "holding time" your sites should be making you money and you should be profiting at any rate (its all explained in the report).

The site was making only about $50 a month when I sold it. I did a "one shot" SEO at the initial site launch with a combination of social bookmarking, article marketing and something else and didn't have to bother with it again. That was enough to get my rankings where I wanted them to be.

I'm not trying to knock your WSO, but that first screenshot looks weird. Payments from December 15th, 2008 to January 14th, 2009 yet the first payment says January 2008.

The row for the 20th of December also looks like it's off a bit.

I just bought and read the report. It's extremely detailed and easy to understand. Whether you're new to site flipping or have already flipped a few, I think you'll learn some new things here. I know I did, and I've ready several site-flipping guides prior to this. In fact, this is one of the most user-friendly, information-packed, truly useful site-flipping products I've seen. Just purchased and read your report. Wanted to say a couple things about it.

1) Thank you for not turning this into a 100 page ebook. I highly favor short and straight to the point 'action' reports. This report has the perfect amount of content, instruction, and examples where anyone can duplicate this without breaking a sweat.

2) I love that it's not an overnight scheme. You recommend X-X month(s) for flipping a site in order to maximize the price flipping potential. Of course, you can sell it earlier, but as you mentioned you're looking at $50-$150 for a turnkey site with no 'proof' of traffic/sales. I LOVE THIS, because most people who read this book won't do anything with it (because it's not instant)...meaning you can sell as many copies as you want and I don't need to worry about 'me toos' flooding the marketplace with your system.

3) The system is completely open to all kinds of modifications / additions to make the site more valuable. I feel like this is really the tip of the iceberg, here (and I'm sure you've got some more gems you'll be selling later!)

Fantastic "5-6 figures business in a box" report - anyone who asks for a refund shouldn't be in IM.

I don't see too many $50,000+ /yr business models than can be summed up in less than 30 pages (with screen shots and live examples)

Two quick questions I have...

- In your experience, do you recommend selling some sites immediately at the $50-$150 level in order to get testimonials / feedback score? I'm just wondering if I will run into issues selling the sites at $500 - $1000+ with no transaction history.

- Have you sold much higher than $1000 per site? I only ask because I'm wondering if there is a price range you like to hit to make sure the site flips. For example, if I had a site making $500 per month would it be more difficult to get 8-10x the monthly revenue than say, selling 5 sites that make $100 per month?

If you're not sure that's fine...just would like to know
