| Frequently asked questions... 1. Where do I get technical help for the software? Please use the help desk and we'll respond to you within 24 hours. Usually MUCH quicker. http://www.inetinnovation.com/support 2. Can I pay via Paypal? Yep! There are two options for this. First, you can use the Clickbank Paypal option on the order page. Or if you are still being charged a large VAT %, then just send me a PM here and I'll hook you up with a direct paypal payment option. Thanks! Matt |

Matt - this seems to be a great price on a really amazing tool. I have used a similar tool that is MUCH more expensive. I was curious if running this affects the site performance at all, knowing that site speed is becoming more of an issue with Google. Is it designed leave on all of the time, or more as a tool that is turned on and off as needed? Thanks, Tom |

![]() And nope, WPClicks won't slow your site down. And as the end-user, you can always delete any of the stored data that you want. There's an option to do this in the settings area of the plugin. If your site has TONS of visitors every single day (and I mean... a TON), then I would just recommend that you clear your data every now and then, or only keep a few weeks worth of data. For a typical site, keeping the past data for a longer period of time is just fine. The basic way that it works is that the visitor movements and clicks are tracked and stored in your WP database. Then, this info is retrieved from ONLY when you want to view the video playback. In fact, it's not "technically" a video like an mpg, avi, mp4, or anything like that. So the storage amounts are not very much. We use the stored data and combine that with our script that knows how to take that data and put it into a "player" so that you can visually watch it. So the only time that data is retrieved is when you're wanting to actually view the specific visit. Thus, it won't slow anything down. So no worries there. thanks! Matt | |

Thanks for those answers, Matt - that is exactly what I wanted to hear. I am using a heat map plugin and it has revealed some very interesting information about user behavior, but this looks even more useful. I definitely will buy, but just want to make sure I understand the licensing. Can this be used on our client's sites, and on sites we sell/flip, or is there a different developer's license for that kind of use? |

They're actually "fairly" similar, but WPClicks was built specifically for Wordpress, with a one-click install and everything is access directly within your wordpress admin area, as opposed to be accessed on our site. Also, there are a few other "wordpress-specific" features that VS doesn't have.
