What criteria do you use for selecting keywords to use?
Our keywords will have AT LEAST 1000 [exact match] searches and a Adwords CPC of at least $1.00 and we try to target at least medium Adwords competition. We will also pay close attention to the search results in Google. If we feel that we would not be able to rank for the keyword term, then we will not use it. In terms of domain selection, we use the following preferences for choosing a domain: 1st: www.mykeyword.com, 2nd: www.mykeyword.net, 3rd: www.mykeyword.org. We will also use .info or use hyphens if you really want a .com

Can you give an example site to look at?
Of course! PM us and we will reply with a few of our latest creations.

Can I use other revenue options besides Google Adsense?

What is the turnaround time?
It all depends how many other orders are in front of you and how many sites you've purchased. A typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks depending on how many sites. The bulk of the time is getting the unique articles written.

What kind of maintenance do I have to do to get the most out of my site?
The most important thing with a niche blog is to be consistently adding fresh content and backlinks to your site. I would recommend at least 1-3 new posts of unique content per week and 25-50 new backlinks per week. As it says in the package details, the basic package does come with a .com domain name, but no articles or backlinks. As a general rule of thumb, we try to make sure that our keywords have at least 1k [exact] match searches, at least $1 CPC, and a EMD with or without hyphens. Of course if a customer has a special request for keyword criteria we will entertain it, but it may come at a premium depending on the difficulty. I will send you some samples.

For the JV package, we create new websites and place your adsense code on them. It would not make sense for us to place you adsense code on an existing site that we were already making good money on. We want to keep the profit for ourselves, lol! . Due to the ridiculous popularity of the JV offer, we have no raised the price to $100 per site.

The monthly management packages consist of articles and backlinks on a monthly basis. The amount of articles and backlinks vary according to the package your purchase. You can view the monthly management package details in the first post or post #10.

In terms of the JV package earnings, it is difficult to estimate earnings on a new package offer...although we did swamped recently with orders, they are still all in the production stage. The best way to look at it is relatively the same earnings as the silver package, but only cut in half! You would probably be looking at making a steady income within a month, but I do not guarantee that (unless of course you buy the platinum package!)

To answer your question, as you progress up the packages the potential for steady income increases dramatically because the more expensive packages have more pages and benefit from more backlinks. The JV package does not guarantee a steady income...the only package that we guarantee any kind of steady income is the Platinum and Diamond package, in which we build links until you've made $1 per day for 5 consecutive days (platinum and diamond), and also guarantee a google page one ranking (diamond only)

Hosting is not factored into the price anyway, so that is perfectly fine if you would like to host the sites yourself. All we would need is access to your cpanel to install wordpress and optimize it. In terms of the domain, we buy all our domains from GoDaddy using the $7.49 deal, so the most we will give for a domain discount is $8 per domain. There is no extra charges added to us purchasing the domain for you. Therefore, for 2 platinum sites minus 2 domains would be $234.
