@ AskStevenSmith and brainiac. . . It depends on what your goal is. If you want to make quick cash like $50 to $100 you can create a site and sell it that day. However, for like maybe $1,000 a site probably like thirty days or more. What really matters is getting traffic to your site and making money off of it asap. If you can get a site up and running and show your buyers your site is making money then you can sell it fast for top dollar. I have seen sites barely a week old sell for 1,000 dollars a flip but thats because that site is already getting sales. If you can show your buyers that your site is getting sales even if it's only some sales it still helps your bottom line. As far as the cost of a website you can start as little as $15. However, there are some free ways also. What cost upfront is the web hosting and domain name. Thanks for your interest guys. |

Hey man, I have a few questions for you (I'm currently site flipping but I still need to learn more as I've done three flips so far): 1. What are the optimal days of the week to begin and end an auction? 2. What's the best times of the day to begin an auction? 3. Where can I go about promoting my auction so I can get more eyeballs to it and hopefully get a BIN bid? About the third question, I did manage to get a BIN on my third flip without promotion, but I want to get as many eyes on my auctions as possible. Thanks in advance. |

Hello Biggy Fat, As far as auctioning your site in my personal experience the best time to start an auction is Sundays. And leave the auction for seven days. It always best to have them to start and end from noon to 4 in the afternoon. Because most people are online around this time. To make the most money and get more eyeballs to your auctions you can have your auction on at different places more than at one time. However, I know there are some marketplaces that don't allow you to have your site for auction in more than one place so make sure to check with there policies. Like for instance if you have a site for sale on ebay you can go to digital point and have that auction up at the same time and you can still go to other discussion forums and still let all them know about your site for sale in other marketplaces. Once the site is bought just shut down the other auctions. It don't cost much money to do this. Most people just put the site for sale at one marketplace and just wait for a seller. It's always best to put extra effort to let other forums and marketplaces be aware of your site for sale and drive that crowd to your auction. Once you build a list of buyers it's always best to send your site to your buyers first so It can sell faster also. Thanks hope this helps.

Hi dlinden, When it comes to site flipping you have to look at it like real estate. No matter how many houses flippers and investors there are out there the demand for housing will always be in high. Even in a recession people still need a place to live. Same rules apply for site flipping. No matter how many site flippers there are in the market the demand for websites is growing at a rapid pace. There is not enough site flippers or web developers to meet the demand. Out of all America only about 35% to 45% have access to the internet. And That number is growing fast. Even with many products and site flipping the demand will always be high because as long as there is the world wide web people will always need virtual real estate AKA a website. Now is the best time to get in because with the recession going on people are going online more than ever. They are looking for ways to make money or to by stuff they need at cheaper prices. This is where site flippers can cash in on the demand. Hope this helps. Thanks for your interest.

I do go a little bit into step by step on setting up sites. I do add some screen shots. But I don't go into too much detail because I focus more on what top producers do to make the most money off sites. Most products out there focus on just the concept of site flipping I focus more on how to make the most money. You can always outsource what you don't know what to do. Also I also add some other sources like videos and articles that do into step by step on building sites. Thanks for your interest.

| Hello Lina, It depends. If you out source your content and are familiar with setting up a wordpress blog you can have it ready in less then a day. But it all depends on how much you know or how quickly your outsources can get back to you your articles, logos, headers etc. I can usually do a blog in 2 to 3 hours. Hope this helps thanks for your interest. -RUDY |

I am glad you are only selling 10 of these as this is an excellent resource on flipping sites and the best value on the subject I have seen for the small price tag. The content is strong as well. Thanks for a great product! PS. Can purchasers get a discount on your Yahoo mailer service? : ) This looks good too. |
