Hi Kidwarrior - thanks for your purchase...typically whenever you purchase a new theme or template type product there is usually some text that looks like this and the reason is that this is filler text merely there to fill in the space so that the new owner (you) can fill it in with whatever they want. This is the same with any of the text on the sales page, you can modify it to however you want to fit your own writing style and or preference. You can remove this if you like just by deleting it within any html editor. As I described, this is very common when purchasing any new themes or templates so that the new owner can add their own specific PS closing as each person might have there own thoughts they want to convey to the visitor(s) on the page, I hope this helps if not let me know and I can explain further

I've never done plr before -- I have some questions about my rights when I buy this package.

Which of the following scenarios can I do?...

Let's say a friend of mine has a list he sells stuff to - let's call him Joe.

1) Can I change it so "I" am the author, then sell it to Joe, who then sells COPIES of it to other people.

2) Change it so "Joe" is the author, then sell it to Joe, who then sells copies of it to other people.

3) Change it so "I" am the author, then set it up with Joe, so he sells it, and he gets a %, and I get a % of the income.

I'm pretty sure I can do #3 (that a very basic plr right)

Please advise!

Hi Tim, first thanks for your purchase, here's the answers to your questions...
1) Yes, you can put your name as the author, then sell it to Joe however this is where is changes a bit. Joe can sell to his list or others and keep 100% or some % also but he does not have the PLR rights to the product, only you do because you were the original buyer. Joe can put is name on the sales page lets say but he can't change any of the content or product. This really answers all 3 senarios, you can sell master resale rights to your customers and so can they but you are the only one who can change the content of the product, website and or graphics as your not suppose to pass on any of the source files.
