hey joe, let me address your questions:
1. it is HIGHLY reccomended that you have a website. You will find in affiliate marketing type of campaigns that having a website promoting your offer ALWAYS works better than direct linking.
2. it is not neccesary to have an auto responder with this method, however i will be adding an update covering that subject. anytime you can capture an email address to promote to, particularly a buyers, that is for the good
3. no
4. i cover one very particular traffic source in the guide, that is actually a two in one type of thing. for the most part it is free. You can use some cash to pump your website a bit if you dont want to do it, or to pay someone to "use" the traffic source for you. Sorry don't want to give it all away :P
5. the traffic is not from any of those sources.
6. the way that you use the traffic source, WILL utilize google over time to kind of bring a "double dip" of traffic.
