I've bought other products from you and this WSO with its upsell which I was equally glad to get is something I know I'll find helpful but the video is not streaming at all well.

I hear two words then a minute or two pause, another two words and yet more silence.

I have VERY fast connection so I know that's not the issue. I have even tried pausing the video for over 10 minutes to allow it to load and stream properly but still the stop start streaming continues which is a great shame.

I've got a WSO to launch and wanted to watch this before I did so. Unfortunately, I can't wait 7 days for the download link. Any chance of that being available more immediately?

I have tested this multiple times in both Firefox and IE and have no slow playing issues at all. Even tested with a very slow mobile dongle connection and still plays.

I will try to arrange the download for you sooner. Just got to work on the file size as right now it would take around 2 hours to download as its a large file.

Thanks for the response. I've had your video on pause for several hours, now (even managed to print off, enter, calculate invoices and complete my VAT return for the last quarter in the time) but I've managed to watch only five minutes more of your presentation.

It's quite possible that my ISP is at fault or even Firefox (I've noticed it has been slow, today, to load even Google) so I'll give IE a try. I know Alex and Dean, since I was on Alex's original coaching program a couple of years ago. Dean was then a newbie and I figured if he could make things happen then I could, and wrote a short blog post about him way back then.

This WSO is brilliant value for anyone contemplating releasing products here. Apart from anything else Dean is an inspirational speaker who quietly exudes knowledge and confidence, which in turn empowers his audience. He hasn't paid me to write this BTW!

Bought this WSO and Upsell 10 days ago but couldn't watch the videos until today when my new ISP got me back up online again.

Here's my honest review.

I can't say that I was blown away by any of it because it wouldn't be true. That's not because the product is not good in covering the theory of the process but because having bought at least six other WSOs about creating WSOs, the information on Instant Customer Creation was not new to me.

The words "blueprint" and "training" prompted me to buy because I thought I would get a step-by-step, practical video training on how to create WSOs to add to the steps given in other WSO-related courses already purchased.

Instead, I got what I can only term as a lecture on the theory of the process involved during the viewing of both video presentations.

Too high a percentage of the presentation concentrated on Dean's own WSOs and results (valid, to a point, since he does say in his copy that he'd show how he did it for himself) and how he benefited from the exercise.

It would have been much better if some of that time could have been spent actually showing the "step-by-step" "blueprint" referred to - ie, the nuts and bolts of setting up a WSO from scratch to the actual launch.

Perhaps, the practical steps were edited out of the 124 minute video presentations in the WSO or the "step-by-step" "training" and "blueprint" are reserved for the $997 products to which he refers in his sales copy.

In summary I'd say that if you want a general overview of what to consider in order to add to your customer base using WSOs, then ICC will not disappoint. If, however, you need to know exactly how to get to that stage of adding to your customer base, ie, "step-by-step" (first do this and then do that, and then that and then that) in practical steps necessary once your product is ready to launch as a WSO on Warrior Plus, then this product does not cover these, at all, and you'd still need tutorials such as those presented in the following WSO products:

WSO Formula
WSO Quadrant
WSO Profits
Upsell Monster (first rate for setting up upsells)

All of the above are excellent and between the lot of them, even newbies will have all the bases covered.
