2. Enter your "FTP Password" (same as cpanel password)
4. Enter your "Installation Path" including sites directory path (i.e. /public_html/yournewsite.com/)

See, when uploading an add-on domain using the automated FTP uploader the key is to make you you input the main domain on the hosting account in the "FTP URL" field and applying the correct "Installation Path" which in most all cases would be something like /public_html/yournewsite.com/

I would but its not a requirement as it really depends on the niche in all honesty. I have a few sites with first page SERP's that have never had any sort of backlinking done to them at all some of which even include #1 results & others yielding top rankings that have had some backlinking done. For the most part low-mid to low SE comp your sites should have no problem ranking (provided you have unique quality content of course). There is a lot of on site SEO applied to sites so it gives your new site a good push right out of the box. Personally I would recommend right after you build the site to let it sit for a week or so until it starts getting traffic. At that point in time go to Google and do a search for your targeted keyword using the Blog Filter and choose the blogs to post on. Create a couple quality (on topic) posts every other day for a week or so.

Sure, purchased at 9:50am and downloaded the zip ready for upload at 10:09am. I did have some premade content that I could cut and paste which saved a bit of time. But that did include going over to Google and creating the ad slots as well.

Not sure if you noticed but at the bottom of the ads page there is a check box you can click that says, "Check this box if you would like MNB to save your ad credentials for future builds." After checking the box when you go to build the next site you can use the "Pre-select ads" feature to automatically load your ads to get the ball rolling even faster.

Will, have you had any luck using slightly rewritten PLR on these sites or do you stick with unique content / heavily rewritten PLR? This builder looks great, but of course it's only as fast as you are at coming up with useful content. Just curious what your experience has been using various types of content.

Can't say to be honest, I have never used PLR content before. I usually use TextBroker.com or 99centArticles.com for all my unique targeted articles, when I order I'll usually get 3-10 articles per niche website and go from there. They both utilize professionalism and great performance and are well worth the money invested IMOH.

I see. I was just asking. From my experience when targeting around 1-2k local search count it usually takes 5-10 days to yield that first page ranking. Of course there is always the 1 in 10 niche website that ranks & banks not but a couple days out of the gate. I just love those ones, don't you!

Let's see how my second site perform. Here's the details of the site that i just completed;

Keyword Local exact search count = 3600
Keyword Global exact search count = 5400
1st page competition = 2 sites with 6 and above PR and 8 sites with 0 PR
Competitors URL Backlink = average 450+
Installed on subdomain

Lets see in 5 days how the site ranks.

I like going after low competition keywords (1-8k local searches/mo) for the most part but I also target some at 50k+ local searches a month; they just take a lot longer to rank and bank.

Yeah, you can use MNB to achieve this. Asfar as the optin form goes, simply create your pop-up optin form and paste the code snippet into the "Stats/ opt-in Code" input box and the first step of the builder.
