I do state what's the most important which probably you know is link building - but also the best methods to get links, how to use them properly and you can outsource all of them... (yes, easily... anything can be outsourced).

There are techniques you do once, like keyword research but you do well enough - plus onpage optimization once you do once too, set and forget.

In a week you should read and understand and apply the techniques you do once... Then focus on Offpage methods which can be outsourced.
