Is it possible to code the plugin to redirect if/when the 'X' is clicked on? I used Firefox. Most likely that close function can't be accessed and modified by a plugin.

Hi Tom!


Great question. On that particular example I had the padding level set to five just because I never move my mouse super fast to the X. I'm usually headed over that way while still looking at the page.

You can easily change the settings to 50, 100, 150, 200px, etc.... . Set the padding at your specification so it's even faster. Many factors affect that setting. If you are sending traffic to a slow loading site, you will want to trigger the redirect sooner...like when they are around 150px away from X'ing out. On this initial design we have the function of the auto redirect without having to click the X. It is very possible that a future update may include the possibility of redirect occurring while clicking the X as well.

This plugin has been secretly held onto for a bit and we've enjoyed the function as is, however, this is so awesome to be able to bring this to the forum finally and get everyone using and testing it! Your ideas and suggestions will greatly impact it's performance.

handles multiple products (let's say Amazon) on a page?

If the visitor is looking at the second or third product and decides
to close out the page, which product will it redirect to. I'm thinking
not for all of them correct? It would be cool if it "remembered" which
one the visitor was looking at when they decided to leave.

I see lots of possibilities with this plugin. If you do affiliate marketing
of any kind you need to get this.

That's a great point. I think a situation where you have multiple products on a page, it would be best to redirect to that general section of the affiliate site. That way people can still choose a product on the actual site and it's still tied to your cookie.

Sir, it's working fine for others now. You no longer need a transaction ID. If you can take a breath and hang tight we can resolve anything. No one is wronging you at all.

Again.....you don't need an ID....just use your Paypal email address. This system is a really great setup.

Everyone should calm down and be patient with the download process. WSOs have delivery problems more and more now days. But Shane's team jumped on this right away and I had to wait only 5 minutes for his login/download page to render properly. I continued to refresh the WSO purchase confirmation page and clicked on the download link until it finally worked.

Someone refuses to give you access to the product? Not the case at all. I have not disappeared from this thread. I'm right here every minute to take care of everyone.

On our end we see many people entering the site with their Paypal email address. In the rare case someone still can't get in.....we will handle those ones manually.

For anyone who didn't get it, let me make a suggestion. Email support and be patient. Does your world really stop if you have to wait a few minutes or hours while they get you access? Shane is committed to helping you out so please be patient.

Anyway onto the important stuff. Is it any good?

This is a very smart idea and it really pushes the exit pop-up or hover pop-up idea and takes it to the next level. This will easily double your profits on an affiliate or sales page. It literally forces 100% click through. Incredible.

My ninja suggestion is to put the page you want to redirect to in an iframe, and have a little bar at the top explaining why they have been redirected to the page. Better user experience which will help conversions.

@Shane - Can you set up redirects for individual pages - if so that's a feature you will want to consider adding.

Eitherway this is still very powerful for affiliate mini-sites.
