What I should have said was $27.99 and above forever. :-) Yes, now it's $47 for everyone including Warriors.

But that $47 also includes Action Optin and Action Comments, which I should be selling for $47 each individually.

This works *awesome* with Wordpress!!! I was searching long and hard for a reasonably priced Exit Catcher type for Wordpress and this was so simple to set-up on my site (similar to DL any other WP plugin)...I had it set-up within about 5 minutes

. I will add, I didn't use it for a subscriber list but instead to offer my exit visitors a discount coupon...

Thanks for creating this great promotional tool that works with Wordpress!

I also bought Robert Plank's Action Popup and Action Popin.

Unfortunately NON of them is working on Wordpress 2.9.2 and now not on Wordpress 3.0.

Heard nothing yet from Robert yet. Robert please pm me if you have an update for old customers who bought your products. I feel lost in limbo.

For the moment I suggest fellow warriors not to buy this product.

This is a lesson to remind me to buy products that hopefully will have a longer than 1 year support.

Version 2.59B does work with the latest WordPress version 3.0.

Please, if you contact me through proper channels (email or support desk) instead of in a forum where I cannot find your real name or contact details, then I will be happy to provide you with the latest version.

You guys get lifetime updates to this plugin, which I use on dozens of sites and which others still use on thousands of sites 3 years after I first released this.

I reply to all support tickets including lost download links within the week. However sometimes it takes longer than 24 hours... if it took weeks for you, the email might have been filtered.

Same here...I have waited for a 4 days and haven't got any answer or solution for my problem. Actually, it's not even my problem, Action Popup just doesn't work with my blogs. Bought it, but can't use it.

I'm not here to disparage anybody's products or integrity...I actually own Plank's plugins and they work for me quite well.

Having said that, if I couldn't get ahold of the guy, I'd ask for a refund and try something else. I'm currently using OptInPop (Advanced) and it works just as well (it also has some additional features that I haven't seen with anybody else's plugins).

I know this plugin works for many people and I hope that Ropert will answer as soon as possible, but as you see, this thread is full of posts saying that they have or had problems with an Action Popup. I have waited for a 5 days now, ticket is still open and the message I left to the members area is still waiting for a moderation. I think that's not normal and should be a warning sign for a potential new buyers.

I don't want a refund, I want to use it.

I don't have experience with the previous versions, but the latest (3.00G) seems to have some problems.

Hi "fabregas" ... even though your post is from 2010 I handle all support tickets on a regular basis and this has been kept up to date with the latest versions of WordPress.

I was actually traveling during the 9-11-2010 weekend, so I handled the support ticket within a couple of days but missed the email notification here. It still works great (even better in fact) in 2012 ;-)
