I started to test websiite-articles about 2 months ago with just 1 article. I posted it then left it after I had stumbled it. It's just recently started to attract traffic and I've posted a few more recently which are also starting to get some views. Working right now on getting opt-in forms right there in your articles. This should increase your sign up rate tremendously. Also now allowing tables and any inline css.

Wow, Allen, I'm surprised to see you're pulling the Article
Marketing Handbook off the market.

I highly recommend for anybody to secure a copy - or better,
to join the membership.

The market is filled with articles and ebooks on HOW TO WRITE
an article. But there's a serious lack of information on HOW
TO PROMOTE an article successfully.

And in the end that's all that counts - do you know how to
distribute your article successfully? Where to submit? To
several directories? In which order? Better to your own site
first? What about the duplicate content penalty? How to rank
well in the search engines?

Your Article Marketing Handbook is the best I've seen.

(Heck, now that you're pulling it, I can't promote it as
affiliate anymore...)

You've already explained the benefits of your directory, what
I like best is that my article page doesn't have any ads or
outbound links except for the links to my own sites. When I
publish an article I want readers to click through to my site.
Not to other people's sites.

Out of curiosity I just checked ezinearticles.com. Bear with
me for a moment, my math is geeky, but for the first time I
really realized HOW HARD IT IS at ezinearticles.com (and the
like) to get my own link noticed.

Fact: At ezinearticles.com my article is embedded in no less
than 14 adsense ads, 4 lines long each, that's 56 lines of
text competing with my tiny resource box link.

Fact: At ezinearticles.com there are 45 (in words: fortyfive)
additional links to other people's articles. Now we're at 101
lines of text and links competing with my resource box.

Fact: At ezinearticles.com … I just discovered 8 more (eight)
adsense ads at the top and the bottom. Plus there's a huge
image ad below my article.

Hm, anybody should be able to see how much better the click
through will be with no distraction whatsoever…

I like to add that the monthly newsletter alone is worth the
membership.

When I signed up I did it purely for the directory and did not
expect much from the newsletter. I changed my mind - it's the
most timely and best researched info on article marketing
available in the market.

I'm really a big fan of what you've put together here: the
author friendly directory, the profound handbook, and the
monthly news on what works best.

Hey Folks,

I'm glad you came by this WSO. I know the inclination is to go with the FREE article directories because of this or that, I don't blame you. However, if you want a personal touch to your writing or even someone to critique your writing and how to market your articles, Allen is the man. He's a straight talker, honest, genuine and just a nice guy.

I have been a member since Allen first offered this membership. I am just happy to be here to say the least. It is the one membership fee that I make sure is paid every month (and I do not like monthly fees). But this particular monthly fee I am happy to pay with no reservations.

What I really like about the membership is that I have direct contact with Allen, he is very conscientious and thoughtful taking an interest in what you're doing and will make suggestions on how to do it better, he's very informative and is not hesitant to share information. I'm not talking about surface talk or giving you just enough info to wet your whistle, I'm talking about something that you can use, any time and any day. Additionally, I really like that we can post photos, videos etc., in our articles. What other article directory offers this type of marketing at the cost of Allen's membership?

Get away from thinking about FREE. Look at the big picture, this man makes changes to his directory almost on a weekly or monthly basis, not just for himself because he wants to make it better, but unselfishly for his members. Allen is always looking out for our best interests and ways to make our article marketing even better than it was from the last article submitted. Now, that's a good man. I can appreciate someone like that. Allen has already given you his word, if you find once joining that you no like, you can cancel.

Allen also has some of the best newsletters in the article marketing business. They are free and distributed monthly with some great information, tips & quips and even a rant or two. You will find that the newsletters are a great addition to the AMH (Article Marketing Handbook) and the other tutorials contained on the site. The first time I ran across Allen's WSO for the AMH book, I knew I had to have it.

I bought the AMH at a time that it cost a bit more than what it is being offered to you. So, take my best advice and take a serious look at this offer. Make the purchase, become a member, get to know Allen and then congratulations are in order because you've just given yourself one of the best gifts money can buy!

I've been a member since last October. If there were no article directory at all to go along with it, I would have to enthusiastically say that I've gotten far more than my money's worth from the Article Marketing Handbook and the monthly newsletters. The fact that my articles in the directory are converting to sales more efficiently than any other articles I have out there is just icing on the cake. I love being able to use tracking code in the articles so that I know exactly what the readers are doing.

Hi Allen,

I've just visited your article site as a new member and I must say I'm very impressed - particularly because it's obvious your sole concern is to get your authors more traffic - something that cannot be said about all the other top article directories.

But one point does concern me, as I'm sure it will concern other Warriors.

The rules state you will cancel the membership of anyone revealing your secrets. And that's a perfectly understandable position.

But there are bound to be occasions when one or two of these secrets are already known to members, probably from their own research. After all, with a directory of this quality, you are bound to attract many experienced article writers.

So here's an example of my dilemma, taken from the web site of my Unfair Advantage Private Member's Club. It's a sample article to show prospects the sort of quality information my member's enjoy inside the club.

Unfair Advantage Home - How Many Keywords To Use

It features an article I wrote last February for Ezine Articles, which was immediately listed on page one of Google's results. 51 weeks later, it's still #2.

As you can see, in some ways it mirrors your own advice. Hardly surprising, because we are both giving straight from the coal face, tested advice that clearly works.

So I do hope there is a measure of flexibility in your totally understandable rule, as I'd hate to be thrown out of such a professionally run article directory.

Hey Allen,

Great offer, i'm definately in! To be honest i'm losing patience with EZA as i'm paying the premium membership and am getting screwed around with my article placement on the sites most recent released lists; plus traffic received to my articles in general. I had a system where i was submitting at a certain time, 7 days a week and was hitting the top 3 spots everytime. Now they seem to have switched their parameters concerning both submissions and the timing thereof which, to be honest, has affected my results. I've spoken to them on numerous occassions regarding this and they claim that it must be an anomoly, plus that all submissions are automated. Well my previous 2 months of results following the above simple yet effective system would indicate otherwise, and i'm a tad miffed about it. I like to be in control over my business as much as possible and not be at the mercy of other peoples anomolies! Especially when i'm paying $97 per month for the pleasure.

Sorry Allen, went off on one there. I guess i'm just giving you a reason for wanting to join your membership and release some articles into your directory. That, and because having followed a lot of what you have to say via your posts here; that plus you have a great reputation in this particular field of IM. Who better to go to.

I suggest that you download the Handbook (at the top of the members home page), read it in full and then read through every newsletter since September 08.

At that point you will have a completely different outlook on article marketing and you will be ready and eager to start submitting articles.

Seriously, it will make any other article marketing book look like a joke. They're not bad. But nothing compares to this.
