*If we are just making simple wp sites why do you choose the baby hostgator plan and not the hatchling plan?

Why not the reseller plan?

also you set your auctions for 30 days - if you only have 30 days of one penny hosting with hostgator surely the next months bill will be due while the site is on auction - no?

I have been watching you other flipping wso for a while. I like working with blogs. I just told myself html will be ok. Now you I see you have a blog one out. What am I going to now buy both? LOL

Hi Rossy,

I used to sell blogs with 10 articles (each one 500 words).

The cost for a 500 words article depends on who you hire for work.

I got articles written for me for $7, $5, $3, etc...

I also heard of others who were able to get articles written for less, but of course you should find the balance between the price you pay and quality of what you get in return. Sometimes you are better off paying more, but getting a better quality. You can also write the articles yourself.

Also, if you hire full time workers from the Philippines you can pay $10 per day for 8 hours of work, maybe even less.

I have hired a woman worker from the Philippines who worked for me full time (5 days a week, 8 hours a day) for $200, and we enjoy working together for months now.

If you want to learn from the master of outsourcing to the Philippines, just Google the name - John Jonas, a real expert and an amazing kind person - a great human being.

I don't cover keyword research simply because I have never done it.

I explain about the total costs and how much you can make per website / blog you sell in my other WSO where you posted your first question.

Hi stuff2,

I don't recommend buying both together.

Because if you are anything like me when I have started, information overload can be a huge problem.

So, my suggestion is to only buy one, and focus on it.

Then, if you want to buy the other one (or if you want to test the other one) go ahead, but I suggest that you choose one method (blogs or clickbank sites).

My courses aren't going anywhere, and they will wait for you with the same price even years from now.

If you are not like me when I started (with information overload) I suggest that you buy only one WSO, and then buy the $97 upsell which will give you access to ALL my courses, and ALL my future courses in one members area.

There's no doubt you're an awesome seller on Flippa, as we can see on Flippa Leaderboard - Who Sold What On Flippa and For How Much.
Can you tell me why it is that so many of your sites don't seem to sell, since i see an average monthly profit of just $1 + an average sales price of $51.
The 'mycompanyname' guy has much higher AMP + ASP for example...

Any idea what he's doing different and could you share your vision on this?

This data is not correct most of my sites do sell, and my average monthly profit is a few thousand dollars per month (net income). The Flippa leaderboard can't know this date nor will I will be selling websites for 3 years now if my profit was $1 per month.
