Well I'm sorry but this software is quite poor. I've been working on it for the past couple of days and the whole thing seems to be quite shabby.
To begin with on my three days trial I lost a whole day waiting for my activation code. It's clearly not an automated process and presumably it's coming from Australia so they get the request when they are in bed and I get the response when I am in bed. When it did arrive I had no time to trial it because I lost my window of opportunity waiting for someone to respond. Then, most annoyingly it took an automatic monthly payment without me realising. Usual marketing tactic but also very good for annoying customers.
So having paid for it I gave it a go.
Now clearly, from previous posts, people are getting results and the function and concept of the software are both fine. BUT....
I think it took someone's entire coffee break to code it and even less time to document it. There is hardly any documentation beyond telling you to unzip it and run the installer. There is little or no help in finding what your rss feed url is actually called for those new to it like me.
There's a big blank window which apparently is where you are supposed to paste your url's but without being psychic I was initially bewildered.
The software doesn't match the video or documentation - presumably it has been updated.
There's no link to a support site either.
There is a box for login and password for those sites that require it but they are blanked out. Though I'm sure they weren't when I started. Either way that's broke.
There is no option to add sites.
I had to check each site manually in firefox to see which need logins, which took ages - wouldn't it have been courteous to list the ones that do need logins since they are hard coded anyway?
Then as I watched it run through I noticed it was randomly choosing categories and wotnot rather than prompting or prefilling. I had a finance related blog listed under 'kids' from what I could see and on the next site under 'education'.
There is no log to see what was successful and what wasn't.
It's just awful. Maybe worth a one off $5 but not the $27 I was billed and certainly not on a monthly basis.

Thanks, Pete. I got a response after submitting the support ticket and have been trying the software out tonight with four RSS feeds - 2 blogs, 1 facebook, 1 twitter. I'll do my best to get a review up as soon as I have something intelligent to say!

For those still in "wait mode", I bought the software at about 1AM My time and had the activation info about 18 hours later. He's in Oz, I'm in Utah so there is a big time difference.
