Just to clarify. I know this plugin DOES work since Mint's test sample of the plugin got to my inboxes ok. I just haven't managed to get it to work for *my* site. This might be due to a conflict with other plugins activated on my site or any number of other possible reasons (eg host configuration).

Hi Thunderbird,

If you have already sent/test using one of your email address, most autoresponder will NOT send the confirmation message to the same email address again . So, you might want to test it via another email address to see if the subscription email arrive at your Inbox or not?

Also, have you tried the plugin with another autoresponder campaign?

Remember, the plugin works similar to when a user send a blank email to your autoresponder email address to subscribe to your list. In this case/plugin, the user's email is the email he entered in the registration field.

Registers as a user of your Wordpress Site of Membership which would make this a one step process instead of a two step process.

Check out the example below...

Example: John registers as a new user at your site WITH this plugin installed:
1. John is registered as a new user of your site
2. John is also a new optin in your autoresponder and sent a confirmation message from your AR.

Jane registers as a new user at your site WITHOUT this plugin installed:
1. Jane is registered as a new user of your site
2. Jane is NOT automatically opted into your AR.

Thanks for taking the time to answer this Mario, but again, unless I'm the retard of the Universe (and that is entirely possible! ) and/or I've been having some extreme ADD moments (possible too!), that is exactly what any normal autoresponder service like aWeber or Getresponse, Infusionsoft, et al does. You log into your autoresponder account - create an account - load all your newsletters or whatever - copy the code for your opt-in form - paste that form somewhere on your site - visitor opts-in - visitor is added to your list, visitor is sent an AR. So how is this different? I swear to gawd I'm laughing here wondering what the heck I'm missing...and I really sincerely and genuinely want to know. Does having this plugin somehow magically make it so you don't even need to subscribe to an AR service?
