Hi Rick, I just use a graphic of a sign up form and link it to my subscriber page on the relevant website I'm promoting from the squidoo. When the visitor clicks on the boxes to start filling in the subscription, they are diverted to my sign-up page with the actual live form. I can easily create and load this on site for your squidoo. like this: Subscribe to Daily Motivational Power Tips: Free monthly ezine with links to inspirational quotes & self improvement article, for every day of the month!  I can also use a screen grab image from your own blog/site subscription page so that it visually aligns perfectly for a smooth transition to your site for the visitor. You can also create a 'live' subscription form if you use Aweber, and some widgets as explained in Lewis Smile's book about how to do this. A few weeks back i got a email from Squidoo about internet marketing lenses..maybe spam.. Yes our lenses all meet the guidelines of Squidoo and do not get deleted. In a post above there is a link to the new Squidoo Guidelines for those who want to read up more on them. We have no control of what you do to them after you buy a Squidoo from us eg: adding more than 9 links to one URL, or adding a module of content about a "Don't" niche subject or anything that squidoo don't like - but our Squidoo lenses are all approved and being actively promoted by Squidoo within the network when you buy them from us. If Squidoo should ever retrospectively change their guidelines about a niche subject, like they did with forex etc. we simply offer our customers to choose new squidoos in other niches to replace the one that is affected. This has only happened recently for two earlier Forex customers, but they are now happy with substitute squidoos we have given them since the changes came in about this niche now becoming a "Don't squidoo" category. This is just our way to GUARANTEE that you take absolutely no risk when you purchase one of our products, even if they retrospectively change the rules after you have bought from us. Remember, in Strategic Services of over 20 years being in business we only ever want more happy 'lifetime' customers, and would never risk selling you a product we dont guarantee.
