Update: Have been contacted by Ed, so assume that I will receive the licenses shortly. He was kind enough to offer a refund, due to my 'issues' but I did not accept the offer. I simply want the product that I paid for, which I will hopefully receive soon.

The purpose of my posting here was not to get a refund nor to kill any other sales - but after 5 days and 3 unanswered emails to support - you do get a bit frustrated.

I am sure that Ed will get their support issues fixed shortly as he has a great product that is very popular and a good seller.

Did you take a look at the training video we set up? We're in the process of setting up a pdf for beginners, but it does take time.

If you're looking for monetization #s, I think you'll see that most ppl are private regarding those. But if you're creative, the software can easy get you $80 a day.

The download page says, "Activation is typically processed within 8 hours, however could take up to 24 hours." I ordered and received this software Thursday (6 days ago). Everyday for 6 days I have asked for the key to use the software. Everyday for 6 days I have been ignored.

I do not want a refund so please don't offer. I would like the key so I can work the software. If there is no key then I would like an explanation. I would like some sort of contact. 1) I installed the software but nothing happens it didn't work. The folder that it created is empty. What do I do?

I did not intend to pay $103.31 I would not pay that much for this. I was supposed to be charged $47. Can you please refund 56.31 to my paypal account please (I sent you an email with it).

Quick note: for those who say they installed and they get an "empty folder":

First time I installed the program, it created an entry in the Start Menu but it had no contents. The program is installed as it should, for some reason the Start menu shortcuts are not created!

So, simply go to c:\Progam Files\<program installation folder> (can't remember the exact folder name and I'm too lazy to log onto my VPS ) and run the executable from this folder, problem solved. (for me it works when I right-click and run as Administrator, when I run as simple user sometimes the accounts cannot be saved in the folder)...
