Hi AzSno, the ewc2.zip for the Product Creation series is corrupt. I downloaded it three separate times using both Firefox and IE and while the mp3 extracts successfully, the video does not extract successfully. I've also used both winrar and 7zip to try and extract the files with the same results: the mp3 extracts fine but the video fails to extract. Please let me know when this has been fixed so I can attempt to download it again. I've already submitted a help ticket (Ticket ID: YDEDYUNVUV) regarding this, but as it will effect everyone who downloads it I am mentioning it here as well. Thanks.

FYI, one other issue I ran into was when I tried to play the downloaded webinar there was a missing codec(G2M4). Neither VLC or Windows Media Player 12 would play the webinar correctly. VLC played the audio only (no video) and WMP12 wouldn't play it at all. Here's how I got it to work:

Go to https://www3.gotomeeting.com/codec and install the codec. After that it played fine in WMP 12 for me...it did not fix the video issue with VLC though, so WMP is the required player for the webinar file. Not sure if the earlier versions of WMP will play it or not.

I put the original .wmv file up for those that wanted the replay quickly....I'll be converting the file over to .mp4 and putting that up tomorrow....That should work on both Windows and Mac's with no issues....
