No you won't need WPTwin....WP-Padlock is a script, not a plugin, it's a complete security solution for wp-admin (it utilizes .htaccess and a password function to lock down wp-admin)....

No upgrade provided DJorge...This product is quite different than the WP-Padlock Security Suite....I'm also going over PC security, which is a major loop hole that hackers use to gain access to your sites and cPanel....

Different Security plugins, really the only thing that has remained the same is WP-Padlock....

-Are you including pdf instal instructions apart from the webinar?
-Is the base offer including unlimited installs?
-Will these plugins effect SEO performance?
-Are there any known conflicts, limits to adding other plugins, or performace changes Like load time slowdowns?
-Is Backup Buddy included?
-Do I have to install Norton?

Not sure if there is an issue but originally the system said that I was registered to the OTO level but just looped me through to the OTO Offer again upon login. I had used the same information to register the OTO as I did for the WSO.

I went back through to jvzoo and reregistered the OTO with a different user name and email address and was able to log in to the OTO.

It happened to me. I woke up and headed to the computer. Instead of seeing the blog that I had worked on for over a year, I saw a skull and crossbones with a bunch of Arabic writing. At the bottom, it said something about U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia.

My site was gone. Hacked by some group that wanted to share their political views with the world. My last backup was three months before, so three months of work went down the drain.

My site was a poker site. It had nothing to do with world politics. Hackers don't care. I'm not even sure they care about the message they are sending. I'd bet they just get a rush out of nailing more victims.

Protect your work. You will sleep better knowing you have.

You're absolutely right, hackers don't care...Many engage in this activity for the thrill, many because they think it's cool....

Whatever the reason, it's easier to keep our sites secure than it is to repair the damage to our sites and business's after a breech has occurred....

There have been times when I have asked trusted sources (web hosts, friends, software developers) to help me out of a website jam which required my sharing my login info.

Is there an easy way to open the gates for a while and then shut them back down when the crisis is over?

If not, I highly recommend it for people like me

Guess my question is similar. Can you specify multiple IPs for access, i.e. mine and clients. Also, if myself or client is on the road and needs to access how would that work?

** I just spent 2 days getting virsus off my laptop, even though I have one of the better known security systems. Read a comment somewhere that when you take your system to a computer store to have it cleaned, many times they will give up and reinstall the OS and you may lose your data.

Think I ended up using 6 different programs to finally get it clean.

You can always make a dummy account, give temporary access, then when the work is done turn that account off....

Of course there's always a risk of compromise when someone else has root access to your cPanel or WordPress Dashboard...

Not sure if there is an issue but originally the system said that I was registered to the OTO level but just looped me through to the OTO Offer again upon login. I had used the same information to register the OTO as I did for the WSO. I went back through to jvzoo and reregistered the OTO with a different user name and email address and was able to log in to the OTO.

I just wanted to chime in and say... It happened to me. I woke up and headed to the computer. Instead of seeing the blog that I had worked on for over a year, I saw a skull and crossbones with a bunch of Arabic writing. At the bottom, it said something about U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia. My site was gone. Hacked by some group that wanted to share their political views with the world. My last backup was three months before, so three months of work went down the drain. My site was a poker site. It had nothing to do with world politics. Hackers don't care. I'm not even sure they care about the message they are sending. I'd bet they just get a rush out of nailing more victims. Protect your work. You will sleep better knowing you have.

Also, if myself or client is on the road and needs to access how would that work? ** I just spent 2 days getting virsus off my laptop, even though I have one of the better known security systems. Read a comment somewhere that when you take your system to a computer store to have it cleaned, many times they will give up and reinstall the OS and you may lose your data. Think I ended up using 6 different programs to finally get it clean.
