Hey hun... I'm not sure what's going on with Chrome. It's being crazy. If you can see the order button in Chrome you can order it. I was able to download everything in Chrome except for the graphics. It's like it's having a cache problem and keeps trying to download the old file that didn't upload all the way. Seems to work in IE also if you have that browser...

You should have a backup browser though... Sometimes you have to use a different browser to be able to view something.

Crazy I know, but these companies can't get together and agree on everything so they build their browsers to read things differently.

Because I'm a developer I have FireFox, Chrome, and IE on my machine... That way I can check what most people see. I'm not having any issues with IE.

I used to be die hard FireFox until they stopped supporting the Google Toolbar. I then switched to Chrome. IE is the only one I DO NOT like at all. Too bulky, too many issues, and I hate most of the built in automatic functions.

Thanks Liz everything is up and running only prob is the videos your voice starts fine then you get lower and lower then no voice from you. I had to restart the video and forward to the point where I left off and your voice is fine again for short ammount of time. Its ok I alrdy watched all video and did everything!! Thanks !!

I'm with you on the Chrome action most definatley, and yes IE is outdated. So I took your advice and downloaded FF and got the WSO no problemo.

After doing a quick preview of the package, all I can say is..... WOW! You have provided such a wealth of resources with this wso and it appears to be very noob friendly. I can definatley utilize this material and I am very grateful for you email this am

Sorry about the troubles. We are having a few people finding a "glitch" in the members area. Please know we are working to get this resolved ASAP. Also be sure you come over to the support desk and start a ticket so I can track these issues.

It seems that the people who are using two different emails in the signup process are the ones having troubles so just be as specific as you can on your support ticket.

If you purchased the Home Remedies package, why did you buy it again? If you didn't get your download link all you had to do is go to LizLive.com and they would have gotten you into the right spot. I don't see how you didn't get the download link because you're redirected to it right after purchasing and an email is automatically sent to you.

So if you purchased it twice just let us know, and we will refund your second purchase...

On the membership site... (For those of you who don't know we have an OTO that will allow you to get one of these packages each month for less than $8)

We have a known issue going on. We are using a recently updated RAP addon, and it's being "silly". I've got John Burnette from RAPInstallPro.com and the developers working on it now. If you have a support ticket in, my husband has already replied to you...

As low as our packages are priced there's no way we can give a better deal. I love bargaining and generally will, but these PLR packages are dirt cheap as they are.

They are also sold via a WSO, and that gives you the best possible price out there.

You already refund the first purchase of home remedies. I buy it again because I have good plan for it and I like the quality of your plr package (i really do and I like this subject so I bought it again in the hope of geting the material this time, so I did) . Last time, there is no wso download link and there is some problem about where is my download link issue. This time around I bought it via wso and there is no download link issue at all.

Anyway, Liz, you have quality plr products at a great price but please speed up my support issue, OK? For example, I am still waiting to get my monthly plr subscription user name and password (unless you haven't release the first package for my monthly subscription). In that ticket ticket I also told you what was happening and asked you a few questions about the issues you were having. If you are still having trouble you should be coming to the support desk at Help Desk For Liz Tomey not in the forum. Everyone else that had issues with that glitch was taken care of within a few hours and I am having no other reported issues with it.

I do not handle support in the forum. No one wants to see support questions up and down the thread :-)

As I posted in my reply to you from the support desk.. if you are having troubles you need to come back to the support desk so we can get it resolved. If you do not reply to me there I have to make the assumption you are fixed and ready to go.

As long as you communicate with me there we can track all issues and keep a record as well. This helps everyone involved.

Rookie question here, I need you help. What defines a membership site in plr terms? I am assuming a site where peeps must register and create a profile?

The reason for my inquiry, is because I have a frugal themed site up and I want to add this wso to it. The site only collects emails from opt in's. Am I good I good to go under your plr terms?

Not a problem and thanks for asking. If you have a paid membership site then you can add this to it. You just can't sell or give away the PLR to it at all. That's the main rule of thumb with these packages. Don't pass on the PLR to them ever under in circumstances.

You can also use it as a bonus to a paid product. If you want to contact Jamie at LizLive.com and tell him specifically what you want to do, he can get you in touch with me, and I can tell you speficially what you can and can't do with what you're wanting to do.

Rights are confusing sometimes, and ours are pretty strict because we want people to make money with these packages, and not see the content on tradebit and other places for $1.50.
