Hey,

The reason we state you must submit 7+ keywords is too make it look natural. The reason this is in place is because if somebody submits and brand new website and then gets 700+ backlinks with only two different anchor texts it's going to look so unnatural.

However if your site isn't brand new and you have done other link building to the site it should be ok. we will of course still accept your campaign however we can't be held responsible if you get penalizied for only link building with 2 keywords.
