I just took a look around your Kindling Membership....
Being honest - I did expect it to be a great resource as you always over deliver....BUT...
I really didn't expect to see what I'd consider to be the definitive $2000 course on every aspect of what we need to know!!!
With all the notes, audios, videos and page after page of content, I suspect you might frighten some people off. (I'm sure you realise that people want instant push button solutions that always seem to fail to deliver these days... not a comprehensive training program leading to a full blown long term business!!)
So I suspect it will be more of your regular buyers who take advantage of this membership... Shame really as it really and sincerely does look like just the product many could and seriously would benefit from if they just get stuck in and follow through on your training!

I for one am looking forward to adding this to my own daily routine of building my own online business as an extra avenue that will lead to a full time income - that I'll probably use to pay someone to then do it for me

As far as the training goes I'm mightily impressed.

I've bought a few of your products and I've always liked the down to earth, tell it like it is style. No sugar coating or pie in the sky promises. So i love the way you start this training with a short kick up the backside audio message to us all. Classic Geoff Shaw really.

As for the course itself. I'm left with the feeling that you are teaching how to build a proper, stable, long term business with Kindle rather than trying to loophole your way to a quick buck (if you're lucky).

You are very clear that work will be required and effort will have to be put in, but I'm convinced that provided I put that effort in, following this training will bring the rewards.

Geoff's newest product, Kindling (what a great name!) is just what I needed. I haven't made it all the way through the present content and more is coming. I've only finished with page 4 and have learned so much already.

I really appreciate how this product starts with mindset and tells you not to expect to get rich over night. So many of us need that wake up call in these days of get rich quick WSOs.

But then he jumps right into giving some great tips that I had no clue about. I am really looking forward, too, to the tips on writing in the fiction category. Most Kindle products seem to focus on the non fiction niche. Another category that he will be adding will be very interesting to someone in my own home who would love to write in the niche.

Geoff Shaw has produced what I can honestly say is the most comprehensive Kindle training available on the market. Okay, the WSO by Jonny Andrews is also excellent. Perhaps the difference is that Geoff's training goes further into depth and is a complete A-Z course on Kindle publishing.

As I write this Geoff is constantly updating the course due to so much misinformation having already been put out there regarding Kindle publishing. (Yes, I did receive early access.) When Geoff recommends something, I almost always buy it.

Geoff and some of his friends are successful Kindle books sellers. So his coaching is refreshingly experienced rather than theory based. He has a manner of coaching that doesn't waste time (yours or his) and gets right to the point of what you need, but not so much as to overwhelm.

I must admit that I wasn't so keen on anything dealing with Kindle. All I had heard was that lots of people were uploading masses of PLR or Public Domain Content and I didn't want to be part of that crowd. The Kindling Training shows how to sell more while publishing less. The focus should not be on quantity but on quality. I haven't tested it but will do so pretty soon. Everything Geoff talks about sounds very doable. All you have to do is create valuable content that people find helpful and set it up the right way. Amazon will basically do the rest. There is an update planned on how to create content fast. IMO that will make the training complete.

I got this and I've been through the entire course. What I absolutely LOVE about Geoff's stuff is that he lays it all out for you very simply in a super easy to understand way that almost guarantees your success if you just listen to him and take action!

The training is a members site that has the info on it (better than PDF's because it can be updated to reflect new things that work better, or maybe remove things that don't work as well) including audio and video. He calls it a "launch formula" and I could not agree more! This is soooooooo much easier than trying to find a new JV launch, set up a website, put up content, hope to hit page 1 on your keywords, then praying that people think your bonus is better than others. This "system" - Kindle - is MUCH simpler, easier, and more profitable!!

And the way Geoff teaches it is golden. I also bought Jonny's WSO and I love that also. I highly suggest that if you own that you should get this too as he fills in a few gaps not covered in Jonny's and other Kindle WSO's. Plus he goes (or will go) into more details on specific niche subjects, like erotica or recipes. So you get basically an entire course that could have been sold all on its own (like a Kindle recipe WSO that I own, or an erotica WSO that I own as well....hmm....) but you GET IT ALL in this WSO!!

I've been a student of Geoff's stuff for a loooooong time and although there have been plenty of other WSO's that I've bought/tried, I always come back to him because his stuff works. Period.

I have several of Geoff's products, and got access to this a few days ago (bonus for buying another product).

I like the format of this membership site. Multi-media delivery of content - text, diagrams, multiple audio snippets, explanatory videos where required. I found that I was engaged as I went through the pages (16 so far - much more anticipated) - useful content delivered in Geoff's no-nonsense style.

Geoff has a habit of adding, tweaking, and revamping his membership sites as circumstances change. The format of the delivered product actually makes it easy to do this - he can add or pull a video. audio, or entire module if the advice is not longer valid.

With the growth in tablets and smartphones, this product is going to be valuable for quite some time. You can't call a technology-related niche evergreen, but Geoff's update policy will ensure you remain current, and can make profits from this business model for a long time.

For about 6+ months I've been receiving email promotions about the "Kindle Goldrush". But I simply wasn't interested because they all seemed to advocate publishing re-hashed garbage -- just to make a quick buck -- because I knew that this simply wouldn't last. And tons of people are continuing to learn this the hard way, with the ongoing "Kindle/Amazon Slap".

However, when I saw Geoff recommending Kindle publishing, I took notice... because I have learned to trust his advice.

I hope you don't mind me stepping in to answer your question/request.

You really have no worries about having to schedule time to listen to Geoff's audio coaching modules because I doubt any of them are more than seven minutes long. He gives you what you need and no filler in the audios.

I hope this helps ease your listening time concerns.

EDIT: I forgot that I listened to Geoff's audio coaching using an app that speeds up speech. So, I will adjust the "normal" listening time to say 12 minutes per module on average.

From my own personal opinion, most warriors who buy this WSO either have a little or no experience in terms of Kindle and this course is exactly a good fit for that category based on what OP claims above.

I buy just about everything on selling to the Kindle market, just in case there are a couple of new things to learn. I'm thinking that if I'd had Geoff's membership before now I could have saved some of that money.

I've only just started going through things, and I'm impressed at what's there and what is promised. He's presenting no-nonsense information with an authority of being an actual practitioner of Kindle marketing.

Hi Geoff, thanks for making this available. I'm active in the Kindle world already, and am a member of other Kindle communities, but I purchased this anyway as there are some interesting topics mentioned in the sales copy. This was an easy purchase, with no problems registering for and accessing the community.

I've listened to the first couple of audios and am pleased to report that you have a clear voice, and the audios are easy to follow.

If I can put in a request, it's that the membership is very heavily audio dominated, but there's no way to (legally) download these to listen to them at a more convenient time. Also, running times for the audios are not displayed. Can this be actioned, please?

I must admit, I'm not a huge fan of audio as a learning mechanism, and it strikes me that PDF transcripts of the audios would add substantial value to this WSO (and, looking at the sales for this WSO so far, appears affordable). Would making transcripts available be possible?

There are definitely exciting topics here, which I look forward to getting to as time permits. I notice that there's still a fair amount of material to be added (including aspects mentioned in the sales copy), so I also look forward to seeing that. And, I do appreciate your efforts to provide high quality information and remove ambiguity from the Kindle training marketplace.

Content is solid and there is a lot to go through. That said though, there are some issues that should be looked at.

As stated by a few others, there should be pdf transcripts added. Audio is nice, but you're limited to being at your computer to listen to it. You also have to eliminate any and all distractions or you can miss important details. (That can be next to impossible with young ones at home.) At this price point, pdf's should have been a no-brainer. I also agree that running times should have been included as well.

I am a past customer of the money wheel a couple of years ago. I like the teaching you do Geoff, but feel the setup here was somewhat rushed and not complete. Just being honest.

Just catching up on emails, PM's and questions asked here - I will do so individually but here's some quickies.

The reason I teach in the manner presented in the membership is because it makes people focus as best as I can without sitting beside you with a big stick.
Having said that - we don't all learn the same way so I will be making pdf's available and I will also have the audio times noted so you can see how long you need to focus.

Generally - it's only a few minutes... this is down for a reason too.
Bite sized stuff works best.

When I need to teach for a longer period I chop it into smaller segments.

If anyone has had a problem with getting access - you should have been directed immediately after purchase to a form to create your membership and then get access.
A couple of people didn't get that so I will set up your accounts manually.

There's other stuff people want - and they will get it.

It's all about getting you to take action without distraction so a lot of thought goes into the way I present stuff to make that happen.

It takes me more time to present the training in this manner but should take you less time to understand it, implement it and profit from it - and that's what's important.

See post 3 why I have the membership in the format it's presented in.
It's done specifically so people have to eliminate distractions and focus - it's the best way to learn.

BUT: Not everyone learns the same way so if I can help you to do this, and you're suggesting transcripts and runtimes then that's what I will be doing for you.

That will be done as soon as possible.

It's important to me that everyone who invests in this training runs with it, does what they have to and becomes super successful.

This course is for both those who have ZERO experience with Kindle, and also those who do have experience with Kindle (because most have been doing it WRONG).

Everyone is different and we all have different time resources available to us so it's not possible to answer that question unless I know you personally.

Having said that - if you don't have the time to Kindle then you probably don't have the time to do anything else either.

Some people will be fast, some will be slow and most will be somewhere in the middle.

An additional comment...

Many people have ideas about something THEY would like to write about, instead of first researching whether enough people would actually BUY something on that topic. If there aren't enough people interested in what you write about, then your results will be disappointing.

Just follow Geoff's course sections on Markets and Research (they are REALLY SIMPLE) to make sure you don't waste time and energy on books that hardly anyone ends up buying.

Where to start? I purchased Jonny Andrew's Kindle program several days ago and thought that was THE Kindle publishing program to end all others.

But you have upped the ante even more - I didn't think that would be possible.

Don't get me wrong, Jonny's program is still the bee's knees, and I think that people serious about making money with quality books should get both programs...

But your program is even more detailed than Jonny's, as Jonny quite frankly does not believe in re-inventing the wheel (simply googling will reveal lots of free resources about stuff like formatting an e-book for Kindle).

The depth of Geoff's program is to be expected given his reputation and the fact that his program is a continually updated membership program - for a ONE-time purchase - AWESOME!!

Haven't had a chance to go through the product yet, but some things I'm sure of if Geoff's name is on it:

1 - It will be straightforward and simple to follow
2 - It will be cleanly laid out
3 - It will give you exactly the information you need
4 - There will be bonuses (like additional modules) that add even more value to the product
5 - Geoff will maintain and support it and you will be updated when things change

I've been a customer of Geoff's for quite a long time now, and have never been dissatisfied with any product he's released (yes, I have most of them).

5/5/13 - Updating.... I published my first book in July of 2012. I now have 5 nonfiction books up on Amazon and bringing in a steady income each month. I have one fiction published and 2 more almost ready to release, along with 7 more nonfiction and 3 more novellas in various stages of readiness.

The key to anything is to follow through and do the work. With this training, once you do the initial work, it's only a matter of tweaking a few things to maintain promotional awareness. Geoff has added a TON of materials since this product first came out, and honestly, if you're an author (or a wannabe) and you DON'T own this - you are doing yourself a huge disservice!!
