Just took two minutes to put it on my blog here:

A noye about Wordpress.

Instead og putting the php include above the </head> tag it neeeds to go at the bottom in the footer under the </body> tag. This is to prevent styling problems. If you have any site that the styling is broken on put the include in the footer.

If that doesn't work there is something in the theme that is messing it up and it won't work properly in the theme. This is true with Kubrik theme. It always re-aligns the page
