The developer license allows you to add Crystal Theme to client/customer sites, including sites you intend to flip, so long as the theme is added to an existing hosted blog with a domain.

Part of the presentation shows a page with mobile devices. That must be an example of a nice layout, and not implying mobile features.

Can the theme be set to detect mobile browsers and switch to formatting more suitable for them? I'm not expecting that, but that is a feature I'd like. Considering the huge percentage of people who mainly use mobile browsers, it would be nice to have a theme that included separate mobile-browser editing windows under the main one, for every page or post.

I thought I had installed the graphene theme by khairul syahir which I am using on Andrew Hallam » Author of -- Millionaire Teacher: The Nine Rules of Wealth You Should Have Learned in School (screen shots of both themes uploaded).

What's the story?? It seems too much of a coincidence that they are so similar. Could you explain?? I don't want to deploy the crystal theme to find out later that it actually belongs to someone else.

Crystal Theme is not 100% mobile theme, but still enhance mobile access. You will need to use a plugin suchs as mobile detector to automatically detect mobile websites.

You can lay the 2 themes side by side, you can never find the same features and advanced options we have built in Crystal theme. What you paid for is 100% different from a free theme. Hello Johan,

You simply define to a sidebar/sidebars that will be used across your website, you can not have different sidebars displaying on different pages. But you can choose not to have sidebar on some pages you selected.

Olusegun -- I think you have allowed marketing hyperbole to get the better of you. The two themes have much more in common than simply saying they are "similiar."

You say:

You and I must have a different interpretation of the words "Inspiration" "100% different" & "Completely Different"

Why not simply say, "I took Graphene theme, a fabulous free theme, and added features that have supercharged it into the best theme money could buy." (I saw this happen with the Privateer Theme which was based on the free Atahualpa theme and the seller of privateer freely acknowledged in his sales letter.)

For those who haven't purchased it I have uploaded a screen pic... click the pics to see in better detail... and 'Ive added a small portion of it below... But you'll get the idea.

I am not interested in getting my money back or getting a refund. You're work has clearly made it a better theme

But I do think you should take the time and make the effort to make it more unique at the install time, ie change the clolor and background for starters as they are identical.

And Give credit where credit is due.

And when you are queried just be 100% honest -- don't be disingenuous -- there way too much dishonesty and deception on the internet.

As I said earlier, I got the inspiration to develop Crystal Theme after I saw Graphene. It is not a must we hide every code in order to make the theme brand new, pretending to the public that it is all made from the scratch.

Also, I never see any issue in copying a model and make it better, presenting everyone with a better, added features and advanced options that has never existed before. I was sure we were not going to violate any license of the theme before doing that. After all, here is a quote from Graphene FAQs:

"Can I modify Graphene to my heart's content without paying anything?

The Graphene WordPress theme, along with all the other themes in the WordPress.org Official Free Themes Directory, is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) Version 2. The full text of that licence is included with the theme in the licence.txt file in the theme's folder. Releasing the theme under that licence means, among others, that you are free to modify the theme in any way for any purpose (including commercial) without any obligation to the theme's author. However, if you decide to redistribute the theme, the licence dictates that you must release the theme under the same licence, GPLv2."

If what you want is changing the whole trace of Graphene from the code, which does not make any meaning as it will still provide the same features , I can do that for you alone.

One thing I miss on all of these marketer's plugins is the possibility to have a 100% width header, 80% content/sidebars and 100% footer according to screen resolution. No matter how good the theme, they all look really crappy when showing a 1200px website on a 1024px screen resolution or setting it to 960px on a 1680px resolution.

According to my stats, 50% of users still use 1024x768

Would you be able to include these options in the near future, if yes I won't hesitate to purchase.

Hello,

There so many display setting you can do to your slider, therefore the size of image you will use depends on the type of slider you choose. Also, you have to use wider image if you are not using sidebar as the slider expands and takes the place of sidebar. If the image auto resize itself in this case, the image will be blur and will not be clear at all.

Hello TW,

You can change the width of Crystal Theme as you wish and also upload wider header. The default container size is 960px, but you can widen it to 1024px or more and also upload header of the same size. The theme is flexible to customise to what you what. How to change the container width of the theme was demonstrated in the demo video.

just bought it anyway but that didn't answer my question.....

I'm talking about resizing the website "according to the viewers screen resolution"
E.g by using the integrated hooks before/after with individual wrappers.

This is only a suggestion and would be interesting to know if this is possible or even worth thinking about with crystal

How about a coupon site?

It is very possible to create real estate website with access for customers to login using a membership plugin. Likewise, creating a coupon is also achievable with Crystal Theme.

This should work quite nicely with the simplicity-pro plug-in I got from you
last year.

I was just thinking that with a little modification by your programmer,
it could be a very good competitor for Profit Theme, or Optimize Pro.
Those are marketer themes and this one has the roots to do exactly
what they can and more. Something to think about when you make
this theme public.
