So you can send people to your online PowerPoint presentations using email... I'm not sure if that's what you were asking... let me know if not.

To answer your question about how to get clients...

There are so many different ways to get clients... yes, email is one way.

It's true that a lot of emails don't get opened, but I've gotten clients with email. It's all about "how many emails you send out"... and "what you're putting in the emails before you send them."

Calling works too if you know how to do it correctly. But you have to really target your efforts and be able to say the right thing once you get them on the phone.

So basically, there really isn't a "best" way to get clients. You have to figure out what works best for your business model and then build a plan around it.

If you do it like that, it should pay off for you...

Hi Blue,

It's hard to pinpoint the amount of emails you send out per day to get responses... because the number of responses you get really depend on what you're putting in the emails.

For instance, you said that you're going to them about their reviews and how it's costing them money.

But you have to be careful about using emails to try to sell your services... You should be using email to "generate interest" only. Then, once you get the appointment, start educating and "soft-selling."

There are a lot of WSOs here on the forum that can help you generate clients... You should check them out and I'm sure you'll find some to help.

Once you have the tactic down, send at least 25-50 emails per day to get results (but the more the better), which you can outsource.
