does using RSS feeds enable my target website rank very well with anchor text on it?
[As i saw your sale pages that it's possible to create unlimited RSS Feeds]

Does your guidebook teach us how to do things like this?
Does your guidebook still work till now?
understand that you are making a advanced verison of the guide, will there be any chances for buyers to get it as well?

Hi Spark,
To learn more about RSS, you can take a look at the free RSS guide in my sig as it may help. Yes using RSS feeds you can use tags (which are your keywords) in the feed aggregators - feeds do very well in the search engines. The guide and videos for Rogue RSS Profits still work, in them I show you how to create more RSS feeds and what to do with them and how you can market with them. I was planning an advanced version quite awhile back but it is on indefinite hold.

Do you also show some free service which will submit our RSS feeds to different aggregators? How can we get maximum links to our rss feeds?

I am not aware of any free service which will submit RSS feeds to the aggregators but I recommend some paid ones. If you don't want to go with paid, I would recommend hitting these top aggregators manually at a minimum:

Feedagg
FeedAge
BadRSS
MillionRSS
RSSMountain
