I just checked out the site and it makes me a little nervous. There are a bunch of issues with the functionality of the site. On the webhosting page if I try to click on any of the Order now buttons I get a 404 error. If I click on the Order Now button on top when I am in the shopping cart I get taken to the infinity login screen. The price looks great and worth checking out. I am not out much money if it doesn't go well. I am a little disappointed that the discount wasn't offered for the S3 package. |

I interested with the offer, and for some reason I do have account for Host the Name, Host Deal, ExtraordinaryWebHost, Warrior Host, Shoppa Server (all are WSO hosting). What the different on your WebHost compared to the others (except the price)? Are you reseller or you manage your own server? Also what if incidentally I break below rules? Hi Semutdesign, Thank you for your interest in our company. I am not in a position to comment how our company is compared to others, however, I am able to answer how we run our company. We are a small company and manage our growth so that it does not burden our support service, so existing customers will continue to enjoy the service that we offered. Cramping 1000s of customers in a server is definitely the last thing in our mind. We are pretty upfront on how our unlimited works. Storage and bandwidth is not a issue to us, since we have plenty of both. People have questioned us, if they are able to host Google and Yahoo in the server, definitely not. If they are reaching that level of activity, shared hosting is definitely not for them. Customers need to be realistic on their requirements. If their site(s) are exceeding the fair share of system resources (CPU/Mem), definitely shared hosting environment is not for them. Upgrading to VPS or Dedicated Server is probably the next move. As much as we understand that customers want to save as much money through shared hosting, it will probably be fair for the site(s) to be moved to its own dedicated resources. To put it simply, I believe that if your website is reaching 100GBs of storage, the kind of system resources that you are consuming, is going probably to hit the roof and not suitable for a shared environment. The cost of bandwidth is pretty affordable to us, so its not an issue how much bandwidth you use However, there is definitely a policy restriction. All files will need to be linked. We are not able to host your whole computer backup, or use this account as a file hosting/backup service . Our service is generally not catered to that kind of purpose, but more for a general web hosting service.On the suspension issue, it is on a case-by-case basis. I will put some scenarios here. If you are using 100% of a CPU core for 5 minutes, we will inform you that your account has exceeded this limit, so you can work on reducing the usage. In another scenario, if you are using up 12 out of 16 CPU cores, that is probably hitting the roof, and what we consider as exceeding the limit in a shared environment and crashing the server that affecting others, this will probably lead to immediate suspension followed by a notification. In hosting industry terms, own means that we pay upfront for the whole server and co-locate it. Dedicated server means that we rent servers from the datacenter/provider directly. In this case, I would say we rent the resources from the datacenter. Ronald |

I had signed up with FatBandwidth.com, everything looks pretty good. I received my account information within few minutes after my paypal payment. Sent a ticket to migrate my account from HostGator, receive a response from Ronald within a few minutes and was told to wait for further update. About 45 minutes later, receive an update from Ronald that the migration has been completed. My site has been up for 4 days now, and everything has been good. Receive response within less than an hour no matter which time of the day. Doesn't this guy needs to sleep Server has been pretty fast and no known issues that I have encountered so far.I think this service looks like a hidden gem in WF and not receiving any shiny review from the WF members. Hi Frank Ayres, downtime is depending on the event that is happening on the servers itself and generally how company handles the situation. A ram upgrade would generally take less than 15 minutes to put the extra ram stick and boot up, while a File System Check (FSCK) generally take several hours when harddrive(s) go into read mode. To bring out a sensitive question like this in the public, I believe not many hosts are going to respond that they have long downtime on their servers But I will be pretty honest here and bring out some statistics on our end. Due date, we have achieved internal SLA of 99.8% uptime every month except for 1 occassion. More than a year ago, a server has to go through FSCK and reformatting of the server. This is unfortunately a very bad incident, and something we have to go through. The downtime alone takes about 29 hours. We have learned, toughen up and plan DRA. Definitely if you are suggesting host that offers $6/year - $10/year which just registered 2 to 3 months ago which has no proven track record, whose customers are mainly based on WarriorForum, we are definitely a different league from them. We have been operating for 2 years, running black ink in our balance sheet. We have corporate customers, talking about brick and motar businesses over here, businesses with 5 to 10 employees who relies on email communication with their potential customers. Ronald |

Hi, I Interested with your hosting, i need to ask about some question : 1. Can you give us average % Uptime guaratee? 2. Is this really Unlimited Disk Space? Now I have bluehost account with limited file count. 57thousand file count and this is too big with 26 addon domain and now I must check my website and email to clean and delete one by one to reduce file count (is that mean disk space, and what about your host at Infinity S2 ?3. I just signed up having given up on another Warrior's failed webhosting scheme. I've already received my welcome email and signup was a breeze. I'll open a ticket to get my sites moved over. Review is forthcoming! Initial review: Signup was a breeze but most companies use WHMCS to run their hosting business and this software takes care of all the billing and setup. No humans are required to set up a new account. Once I received my welcome email (also automated) I was able to log into CPanel to make sure everything was working. I then logged in to my client account and put in a ticket to have my sites moved. This is a painless process and just requires some basic information. Once the process began, my sites were moved over and I updated the nameservers. My sites are now up and running again and I have high hopes for my new hosting provider. All my databases, email accounts, add-on domains were right where they needed to be. Perfect. Thanks to Ronald for the support and service so far. |

Hi John, we are not able to offer additional IP as an addon, but includes dedicated IP in S3 package. ARIN (organisation in charge of IP allocation in US) and our datacenter is pretty strict with IP allocation. We are only able to use IP for SSL purpose. Ronald |

Our average response is less than 1 hour, majority within minutes, while occasionally peak to hours if we are tied up with heavy workload.
