Hi Joe,
No it does not require PayPerClick.

PPC would require startup cost and there is absolutely no startup cost to this.

Hey.
I just wanted to let everyone know that even though I don't have any testimonials yet, I want to just tell you that I do deliver what I promise to deliver. That's a really good question Steve

Yes. The video shows you what to do exactly. It gives you all the steps you need. The reason I said it gives overall picture is that even though you know all the steps from the video, the details will differ depending on the market that you choose to work in, and that's why you have access to my email. The email coaching is to help you in your particular situation.

Well... I wanted to give you guys realistic numbers. I do 4 other projects so I don't have the time to devote myself to this program 24/7. I think that's why I set that kinda range. I am POSITIVE that you can make a lot more if you're willing to put in the time and work, but I don't want to come up with estimates, does that make sense?

I just got his video and here's my review.

At first when I was watching the video I thought it was kind
of slow. But when I understood that he was emphasizing
very important points I listened a bit closer. Then I saw
exactly how it is definitely possible to make what he says.

I haven't started but will definitely get something like this going
soon. With his experience I can see that his 1-on-1 coaching
will help out too. Frankly, I don't see why he's charging
as little as he is with the time he's willing to put in to help.
