Are you in control of all blogs in your network?

Do you monitor which blogs have been de-indexed? And have you been having an issue with blogs getting de-indexed from your network?

Do you take down blogs that have been de-indexed?

I'm having an issue with a guy who had his whole network de-indexed, but he won't take down my backlinks or the blogs.

It sounds all good, but we all know in the SEO world that Link Diversity is the key. Doing Blog posts alone is ok, but Link Diversity is extremely necessary.

I already hired MANY people to do backlinks for me. So far, i spent like $1000 in backlink services to 3 of my authority blogs and after the penguin update, 2 of them lost 50% traffic.

The only blog that remained on the 1st page and up to the 4th position on a very competitive keyword is the one i used this backlink service. I used only this backlink service, so i highly recommend it.

Not sure if will work for you, but i can say its definitively good.
