I do seminars and my second slide says...

And I ask the audience to fill in the blank. Of course
they say power.

Then I say I am sorry but, you are all wrong.

Then I put up my next slide....

Knowledge + Action is POWER!

Melody, said she uses this tip and it's VERY EFFECTIVE.

Notice she uses it, she took action.

Baal, said as a business owner it would work on him.

Download it and do it and get some clients.

Good luck with the post cards.

Maybe Paul and I will share a free tip on how to make post cards
really work well. There is a little work involved
on the front end but, the return is great.

I'll ask him if he want's to do that.

I am not trying to pick a fight here.

I did go to your profile page to send you a pm,
but the only thing I could find was your skype
and you were offline.

First a statement.
I checked at the top of the forum and there
are no posting rules like other forums such as
WSO's and Classified Ads.

So I really thought this was fine.

Also I do have this posted in a WSO and I paid my $20.00.

My first question is what is wrong with trading a first name
and email address for some very good information that
people like and and have told me so in posts?

Second question, what's wrong with my sig file?
I'd be happy to change it.

I am also using it in the WSO and nobody has said anything.

I am really confused, I am providing good information for free
and that's a problem.

You're fine Blase. There's nothing wrong with your WSO. In fact, it's a great offer. Gib is the self-appointed sheriff around here. You're not making any progress at all unless you get a Gib infraction.

To be honest I was crushed. I would never
do something intentionally wrong.

Then I noticed I had some pms.

I had no idea that you could get infraction points.
And anybody can give them to you?

What's really funny is that I paid to be a member
here many years ago so I paid for the abuse.

Most people here don't even know it used to be
a paid membership.

Blase, don't be too upset. The word "infractions" sounds bad, but it's really just a 'nudge'. They only matter if several people give you infractions for the same post. Gib is notorious for stepping on innocent toes in the name of "policing" the forum.

Then Les, it would BE a better idea to advice him on what he is doing wrong, then popping by every 2 seconds and telling that he is wrong without any explanation.

That's actually impossible, only one can be given per post.
But more than one have given infractions for the same sig file.
Maybe you need to get a few facts straight before you start giving misleading advice.

Great tip Blase, thank you vey much. Feel free to email me 300 million times a day, I really don't care, you won't be getting an infraction from me.

By the way, I used to due a lot of snail mail marketing in the early nineties, to home owners that had high rate mortgages, pitching a refi.

The one thing I did that always worked, and I actually split tested it, was hand writing the name and address and NOT putting a return address at all...........it seemed to raise peoples curiosity to open the letter.
