Most people don't have difficulty with the plan but they have trouble with the components. This leads us to ...

The Second Secret to Success... You need a guide, a mentor, a teacher, a coach, a helper, a slave driver, a dominatrix, --- oops scratch those last 2!

Sounds rather interesting! This maybe what Im looking for. I want to give Keith Kogane's methods a whirl, but the hang up is - the other primary site Im finishing and, the other niches to select, keyword research, where to get the affiliate pdts, laying out the gameplan. Writing articles .. arrrgghhh!

What hrs are the two I must invest?

Can it be after 5 pm PST? If so not a problem.

Currently ebay is not an option for their affiliate plan - that ok?

Yup your right, this isn't Joomla - LOL
We are teaching the KISS system and using Wordpress.

The hours you invest are completely up to you. What ever fits into your schedule. We understand some people have jobs to go to.

How's it going with that other site? It isn't finished?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean about the ebay affiliate plan

Depending on the niche - they aren't the best choice for earning money anyway. There are other products that pay better commissions and once again depending on the niche, you can have your own product to promote.

Have to chime in here....

I've been at this a long time. I've mentioned the details elsewhere so I'll leave them out this time. But I've been involved in IM since late 1999, and full time since 2004.

The past 6 months have been rough, as I'd lost my enthusiasm for niche building, and blog building, and frankly, began to wonder if I would ever be able to build a long term, sustainable business model that would meet my goals for years to come, and get me out of this endless site-building loop.

And then along comes Debbie....

She has gone so far above and beyond what I was expecting from her program, that it's unbelievable. Generally I only answer my phone when I see a number I recognize. I've had to learn Debbie's number in a hurry, because she takes the time to call, check in on you, see how you are doing, find out if you have questions, and keep you moving forward.

Even though my goals weren't necessarily a nice, neat fit for this particular program, she took me on anyway, and together we are developing a plan to put together the kind of long term, viable business model that I've wanted for so long, but could never quite piece together on my own.

If you are on the fence about this...if you are wondering if she is the real deal...I can honestly assure you that she knows her stuff, and she will go far above and beyond for you if you are committed to achieving your goals.

What a pleasant surprise. Because I've been at this so long, I tend to be tough on coaches, since I know what I'm doing for the most part. They'd better know the in's and out's of IM at least as well, or better than I do if we are going to work successfully together.

Better still is that she has strengths in areas where I don't. She was willing to adapt to what I wanted to do. I've dealt with other IM coaches who insist on teaching their specific system (usually because it is all they know how to do). That's not the case here. She has a solid grasp on so many areas of IM, that it gives her the ability to be flexible in her approach.
